The team is excellent. After getting the pool products adjusted and testing, my pool is sparkling clean. My pool is above ground and probably difficult but they know what they’re doing, Louis 👍👍

Guys cleaned my pool, replaced sand in filter, replaced ion cartridge, replaced pump and 3-way valve. Services were performed in a timely manner and prices were reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

ME&M did a fantastic job! After an initial assessment, Marvin and his team got to work. My pool was in bad shape and after they were done, it was as if it was as good as new. Strongly recommend them for hire on your pool rehab or servicing project.

Amazing company! Fast, dependable, fair pricing, and consistent. I first called them a few years ago after getting the run around from 2 other pool companies about repairing a hole in the sidewall and replacing my liner. Within 2 days of my call they came to evaluate the situation. The following Monday they came to repair, midweek came to treat water, and by that Friday we were swimming again. I will not use anyone else!

They replaced my pump, in a hurry as they only go bad if its 90 degrees and above? Anthony their pool tech was polite and very knowledgeable of the work. He worked fighting the dark and mosquitos , did a great job on short notice. We will definitely be using ME &M going forward. All around good experience! Dana Jackmowski

Very thorough. Very good at communication and giving us options when unexpected problems were revealed as the work progressed at a very good pace. They are continuing to do a good job with maintenance after completing the repairs.

I was told that there were certain things that I needed to have repaired. Those items were repaired and I paid. I was also given instructions as to when and how to shock the pool. I did that however debris was left in the bottom of the pool. All of the money poured into shocking the pool went to waste. The pool needs to be vacuumed and I should not have to pay more money. Exactly what was I suppose to get for the 400.00? I got Nothing!

We work very hard to make every customer experience an enjoyable one and we are truly sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations on this occasion. as a company we tried to solve the problem by sending our team 2 times to vacuum and clean a filter in which there were no charges, we also explained that it is a pool opening and we also explained that the client has the responsibility to continue with the maintenance and care of his pool we also gave instructions on how to do it, when the instructions are not followed we will have a pool in poor condition, the parts that were replaced were necessary for a better functioning in the pool. Any questions or questions do not hesitate to call us it will be a pleasure to assist you"
