Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Mendez Flooring did a great job on the floors; we had 3 bedrooms (2 were master bedrooms and walk in closets and they done all the work in one day. I will say we have several dings in the walls from them moving furniture around. We were also charged for trash removal, and we allowed them to leave the trash at end of our properly line for the city to remove.

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Not Provided by Consumer)
Mendez and team did a phenomenal job removing the different outdated flooring and installing LVP flooring that I had purchased. The team did such a great job that when I remove the carpet in the rest of the home, they’ll be the team that I hire to do so. The first photo is what it looked like and the second is the installed LVP flooring

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Mendez and his team did a fabulous job and got it done and cleaned up that day. I misunderstood that I was supposed to purchase the moisture barrier underlay, but my husband was able to run to Troy to get it. The floor looks perfect. I highly recommend Mendez to anyone with flooring installation needs.

Mr. Mendez and his crew were excellent! Communication was great! They took all the old tile flooring up in the kitchen, laundry room, and 1 bathroom then applied a leveling mud. After this they installed all new Laminate water proof flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. And then they installed quarter round in all these areas. They did a great job of moving big pieces of furniture or appliances around to complete the install. And, they cleaned everything up! They did all of this in 1 1/2 days. Their price was far below any competing contractors. I would hire them again! Outstanding!
