They were prompt in arriving, I left them alone for 3 hours to clean and returned when it was completed. The cleaning person was very professional and did a good job.

Rafael & Norma came over on a Sunday and worked most of the day. They were so incredibly thorough, even put things back where they go, which rarely ever happens! I have never hired anyone who has cleaned as well as these 2 did! Not only were they efficient, hard working and conscientious, but they are also people I feel I could trust in my home. That's important. YOU WON'T FIND SOMEONE BETTER TO DO CLEANING FOR YOU!!!!!!!! Can't say enough great things about them! Pricing was also reasonable and fair!

Wonderfully! The sellers had hired a cleaning service prior to our closing and they did an awful job so we were so disheartened when we saw our new home. I contacted Rafael and he found two lovely ladies who were able to come the following day, Anna and Katie, and they left our new home sparkling! We will definitely hire again and highly recommend! A++++

He promised to send two ladies but instead sent his teenage son and one lady. If I had know he was sending a kid, I would of never agreed to this deal. This is a newly purchased home and I was expecting a deep and thorough cleaning. Also, I'm not okay with paying a child $35/hr. Children need supervision because they are inexperienced so you have to have them redo many things and they miss things an adult would catch. He wiped but didn’t clean the light switches. They still had removable dirty and grim on them. I could of got my own child to do what he did for free with the same results. So far, I found droppings and dust on shelves, light switches and outlets still dirty, dirty windowsills and cabinets and island not cleaned completely on the inside and outside. I texted them telling them what I’m telling you but they told me to pay someone else to clean what they didn’t clean. It’s a family business so they take things personal a good business would of come back and made things right. She did an excellent job on somethings and did 90 % of the work herself but missed a lot of the small detail. She was rushing trying to do an 8 hour job in 4 hours by herself when he should of sent two grownups.

"We are sorry for your frustuastion about us not being able to send two grown ups to do the job as well the little details in the shelves, light switches, and outlets. we were going to send two ladys to clean but at the last moment one of the ladys had to got back because she had to take her kid to the hospital which was took to the emergency. We couldn't take her from the hospital with her kid, so that's why only one grown up went plus we explain the situation to you that day. Also regarding the little details the lady ask you before she left if everything was fine with the cleaning in which you walk around the house and responded that it was. We also did extra things that in the contract wasn't include as an example the cleaning inside the cabinets, etc. We don't usually do that for price you pay us. Regarding on how long the lady took was because in the contract it said that it was up to 8 hours meaning that the work can be done before reaching the limit if the client has said that the cleaning is good. The teenage son was only accompany his mother; he doesn't work for the company because is against our policy. The teenage was only there because he had an appointment with the mother close by, so the son accompany the mother. This happened two months ago so we don't agree with the review and you told that the job was good that day."

We hired Menjivar to clean our house before a 4th of July party and Rafael, Norma and Margarita are a great team. They were punctual and worked every minute in our 3500 SF home and cleaned it top to bottom! We are very happy with the results and may hire them for repeated house cleanings! Bathrooms sparkled, floors spotless, thorough vacuum and they dusted everything! It was a HUGE help to us! Thank you!!

Very good quality cleaning. They did break an item of art while dusting but it was fixable. Owner called me about it and offered to pay but it was no big deal. Willing to do it on a Saturday morning was a plus.

Ana and Cricia did a beautiful job in about 4 hours. They worked the whole time, when asked used my cleaning solutions since I try to use less chemicals. Both ladies were polite, cooperative, respectful and efficient. I would definitely use them again for cleaning my home.

I have been using their service for the past 1 year and I absolutely love their attention to detail. I am a little bit of a neat freak and they have constantly made sure that my place is left spotless. I do trust them a ‘lot’ and they have always been very professional. Their English is a little short, so a little patience is required. However with that being said, I have recommended them to more than a dozen of my friends and family, and all of them love them ! I really do hope this honest, good at heart small business is successful.
