Came out to give us an estimate and spent about an hour and describe all the things that we should do. They are probably 4 or 5 yrs capable companies doing this job. Darrell Mercer told us Identify all the cable wires that we need to remove. He is very knowledgeable he helps us answer a bunch of questions about our backyard. A very pleasant person comes with a lot of knowledge and is reasonable. He made a huge best impression on me and I can't wait to work with him.

Excellent. Trees look great. Completely supervised by the owner. The crew was an adequate size to complete the job safely and timely. Equipment used appeared well maintained and the correct size for the task. Cleaned as they worked with no debris left behind. Good communication during the job to advise progress and clarification as needed.

He arrived on time with his crew. They went straight to work, did a fantastic job. I watched the entire job and they work so efficiently, a well oiled machine. Clean up as they go. Made sure it was as I wanted. The job was done in 3hours. Clean up was perfect, no complaints. I couldn't be happier with his work. He even offered to put the newly ground stumps mulch in my flower bed.

Mr. Mercer responded to my request promptly and was able to complete my requested work the very next morning. He called about 30 minutes before arriving. He did exactly what I requested, and I appreciated his knowledge as to how the trimming should be accomplished for the best results. He and his crew were very efficient and cleaned up everything. I was very pleased.
