Horrible!! Mercurios is scandalous!!! Check work performed to see if it was actually done. Compare prices with other HVAC Companies. Many employees are dishonest and will be happy to take you for a ride!!

Mecurio's is an unethical company you can not trust! Mecurios said my compressor was blown when in fact it was NOT! Their obviously unqualified tech worked unsupervised and failed to open a valve, which was a "rookie mistake". I had to pay Mecurio's $475 and then $544 to another company to get my heat pump running! They think I should have called them back for a second opinion. Why, to try to sell me a heat pump or charge me more money? I'm worried because, Mecurio's made my heat pump overheat, smoke and grind, bc there was only approx a max of 6oz of refrigerant in my system w a closed valve! I now do not know the long term effects of Mecurio' s Heating and Cooling Company running my system dry! Again, their employee said he added refrigerant when in fact he knew he did NOT and THAT is not only unprofessional, but an unscrupulous business practice and I think illegal! When the tech walked away he knew he had a full container but charged me! (The new contractor that got it running said it is like someone walking over to your car w a full can of gas and charging u to put it in, then walking away w the full can!! ) Mecurio's is NOT a company a homeowner can trust!!! Staff isn't supervised on the job. My a/c / heat pump is running today NOT bc of Mecurios! BUT, I now do not know the long term effects of Mecurio' s Heating and Cooling Company running my system dry! (It's like overheating an engine without oil in it & charging you for the mechanic work)! Unbelievably wrong! Their staff's costly mistake and misdiagnosis should be known: Buyer Beware!

Aaron Charles was our technician. He quickly diagnosed the condition as a faulty circuit board, called to have a co-worker bring a new one and got the furnace running like new. We were so impressed by how quickly he diagnosed the problem and corrected it. We will certainly use Mercurio's (and, hopefully, Aaron's) services again.

It went very well. Their sales person Brandon was up front and did not pressure sale. The installers Buddy, Bo and Bill did a great job explaining everything they were doing and got the job done very efficiently. They even readjusted the garage door sensors that had somehow been bumped while they were working.

I highly recommend this business. I called them on a Saturday because my furnace was not working. I was able to reach someone right away. The gentleman I talked to told me they could come that day, but since it was after hours, the service call would be more. Since it was not an emergency, I chose to wait until Monday. I asked him if he could let the office know that I wanted a call back for Monday. They called first thing Monday morning and scheduled a service call for the same day. The technician was prompt, very friendly, honest and very thorough. He had my problem diagnosed and solved within 15 minutes. He also offered suggestions for items he observed in my unit so I could keep an eye on them. I will definitely call Mercurio's anytime I need service.

This company made the process of getting a heat pump (new installation) very easy for us. They were fast on coming out for the initial bid (Brandon is great!) and they were super fast on the installation. Lorin and his crew were delightful and did an excellent job! There price for everything was way better than any other quote we received and they were very conscientious about how they made everything look. We are very satisfied with every aspect of this project and highly recommend them! I would definitely hire them again!

Mercurio's was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. We met with Steve to discuss several AC options. He provided us with the documentation required to get the external unit placement approved by our HOA, and followed up with us to ensure we had approval before confirming with the installation team. The installation team was highly professional, efficient, and left our garage in excellent condition. After the installation, we discovered the fan was running 24 hours and asked for some assistance in turning off the fan. Charles came to our house, identified the external timer that was causing the issue in less than a minute, provided to us a quote for an air scrubber that came up during the conversation, and billed us nothing for resolving the fan timer issue. This team of professionals is the best home improvement service team we have ever experienced!

Alex Warren and Britney Watson showed up on time to perform the services I needed. They were really respectful of my home and communicated really well with me as some of the things I thought I needed didn't actually need to be done. Wow. They saved me money! I have done business with Mercurios for a long time and they are honest and fair. These two service technicians were amazing however, and really went above and beyond.

They installed the product faster than expected and were very professional. I noticed after they left that my backyard was actually CLEANER. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. When they had to move items in my garage they were carefully moved and actually organized better on the opposite wall. I asked that they leave them there. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially.

There was one worker. It was everything you expected.

A coworker recommended Mercurio's. When I contacted them they quoted me a very fair price for doing maintenance for both the furnace & the hot water heater. The technician (Brandon) arrived on time and was very nice. He educated my on several things that I was not aware of -- especially regarding the furnace filters which I really appreciate. He was professional and seemed to do a thorough job. I will definitely use Mercurio's again - and based on this experience, I would highly recommend them. (I wish all interactions with house related service providers were this positive!)

I have mixed feelings about them. They never finished the job and they never did what they said they were going to do. They charged for parts that they didn't use. So, I'm not real happy. There was a federal rebate at the time. They probably did a good job, it's just that they didn't check with me. I think they put the condenser unit too close to the house. It's noisy. They were the best price around. They were on time.
