"We have a study completed and we called 6 times to review the report with no response back to us. Obviously there is some communication issue here. He has my cell and office number. He obviously has my emsil on Angie's list."
"The work was ordered in January and started but due to the snow the work could not be completed until March. The subdivision plan for the lot did not have any angles and there were several errors on the original subdivision lot plan. There were at least five different conflicts in the dimensions of the subdivision plan s of the two adjacent lots. We resolved the errors on the plan and used monuments found by us in the field. There were two days of fieldwork and days of research and calculations involved in the resolution. The adjacent property owner had a surveyor who had resolved the differences in another fashion. We attempeted to resolve these differences with him to no avail. When the owner was told that a very extensive survey would be necessary to further resolve the issues he elected to not have the work done. We offered to refund the fee he had paid, and did so."
"The Member was called several times and he never returned the call since because of the weather the work could not be peformed. Once the work was started it was found that there were not enough markers available on which to base the survey.and additional research and fieldwork was necessary--for which he was not charged. The additional complexity of the project added to the time it took to complete the work. The firm will not stake a lot in an inaccurate manner."
