Quick and good.

Hired them to do an all over cleaning before my family came to town. My home wasnt in that bad of shape--just not to my Mothers standards. They quoted me 4 hours of work for 2 people for almost $400. Only stayed 2. Didnt do half of what they said they would. When I called to either get more cleaning or part of my money back, they refused to give me any money back and then just didnt have the availability I needed. Go local. These national chains take your money ;cause they have more overhead to cover. Dont get taken for a ride like I did.

Once I meet with them for the initial walk-through/consultation it did not take long for them to do the actual cleaning and were able to get me on the schedule within a week. They did a good job and were professional.

The Merry Maids cleaned the house thoroughly & cheerfully! We would use the service again.

They came to clean my home prior to Thanksgiving. One of the girls accidentally hit the water valve when cleaning around the toilet. The water valve broke and my bathroom and bedroom flooded. They did not fix the thousands of dollars worth of damage done to my home. I have no flooring and no insulation now. Very unprofessional to leave my home in such disarray and disregard repairing the damage they caused.

My house looks and smells new! The ladies asked questions, and cleaned MY HOUSE as if it were there own.

Whitney and Rachel were great! They were on time and worked consistently and thorough. Five stars!

As a single dad during the week, they have fulfilled my needs thoroughly. If something is not quite right (minor - which was once) they make it right! Very friendly and flexible scheduling. Highly recommend!

Inconsistent service quality.

The one that cleaned the kitchen done a very good job. My bathrooms still have mold on the tiles. The supervisor stopped by and I showed her the tiles and mold in the bathrooms. They used the best product they had but the mold still remains.

The two women worked very fast. I think I do a better job of deep cleaning, but they did a nice job, and I would use them again and would recommend them.
