"In response to [Member Name Removed] Davis's review, the contract became official on the 19th of August. Due to supply and demand issues as [Member Information Removed] result of covid we explained to him that it would be three weeks to two months on getting material made for his project. We never agreed to start in 3 weeks. That would have put the material not even being ready until late October or early November at best. The material didn't get completed until late November. Which was explained to him as well that the person before him John Keaton that left [Member Information Removed] wonderful review signed [Member Information Removed] contract with us in May his material did not arrive until late September due to supply and demand issues which per our contract in which he signed was explained that we were not responsible for any delays due to material availability. As far as communication we have communicated regularly mainly on text in which I can provide mr. [Member Name Removed]upon signing the contract reached out 15 days later inquiring if we we're on schedule. And my response to him was we have missed weather days but the material isn't completed. I continued to send him our work calendars showing the days we had missed due to Mother Nature. Which last year what's 50% or more of every month due to rain in which per our contract in which he signed and agreed to that we were not responsible for any delays do to weather related events. John Keaton's project started December 21 and took 131 hrs to complete. It took to April 26 to complete due to weather. That was [Member Information Removed] 3 month set back. This job was [Member Information Removed] 7000 sq ft tearoff. In which you can't tear off in bad weather. And this was explained to Mr [Member Name Removed]. We only worked 5 days in Jan 8 days in February and 9 days in March and 11 days in April. Due to weather events here in Kentucky. In which it was documented and explained to Mr [Member Name Removed]. We have offered to send his material out and and he could see if another contractor could get to it but he doesn't want that. Mr [Member Name Removed]agreed and signed [Member Information Removed] contract that stated that there is NO returns due to it being cut to fit."
