The two people were very thorough, easy to work with, and anxious to please. I would be happy to use Meticulously Clean again.

The owner, Jen, is by far the best cleaner and hardest worker. Unfortunately, I only had her for the last 2 hours (I purchased a 12 hour package - 2 women for 6 hours). The cleaning women did a lot of wiping and dusting as opposed to actual cleaning, with Pledge, or a spray cleaner. As their English was limited it was somewhat difficult to convey what I wanted them to do differently, unless I showed them. Also, I find that many house cleaners don't actually look at the results after they finish 'cleaning' something........although I am the first to admit, I am picky. but at $30 an hour for a housekeeper, I expect a great job. I am going to try them one more time.

For the most part Jennifer and the cleaning girls are pleasant but their detailed cleaning is lacking. I am a business woman that is unable to clean due to my schedule. I am specific on details when it comes to cleaning. The initial meet and greet was pleasant but I did have to call her several times to schedule a cleaning. In addition, on the first visit the girls cleaned and did fairly well. When paying for the service it was difficult for me to reach them to pay and I had to wait for them to return. When I was called I felt as if I was the one who forgot to pay for their service. I paid cash for the first cleaning, as well as, the second cleaning. In the second cleaning there was different areas missed from dusting to hair not vacuumed up from the carpet. I received invoices via email that I owed. However, I kept track of their services (my husband as a witness) and informed of my payments in cash. Needless to say, Jennifer was pleasant about it and took care of it. However, I’m displeased I have to monitor someone’s work or bookkeeping. They’re not great but not terrible either, reason for the average grade of services.

PLEASES READ ON - MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH IN OUR MID 60'S COULD HAVE COMPLETED THIS JOB TO SATISFACTION AND IN LESS TIME. The 2 young ladies showed up early & were very polite & nice. We discussed the job & they began working. Admittedly, my house was very dusty, other than that in better than 'normal' condition. They were very slow. They finally asked in the late afternoon if it was ok to have someone come help them & I said sure because of the time it was taking them to get things done. A gentleman came. His work was not very good as I watched him. Shortly there after they seemed to be in a rush to leave & ANNOUNCED they were done. They were so sweet i gave them a rather large tip (22%) & they left. (My fault). THEN I checked their work. LET'S JUST SAY TWO THINGS TO SIMPLIFY THINGS HERE 1-WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. 2- SOME WORK WAS NOT DONE AT ALL. Given that I really liked these young ladies, I thought I would give them a chance to make things right. I called there number. Discovered it is a family business when their mother answered & i spoke with her. She listened to my 2 concerns & promised to call me back that same day. She did not. I called her the next day. She said the girls wanted to know what wasn't completed. I told her. She then stated it was a 2 person for 6hr job period. I said "I'm sorry i didn't see anywhere in your add where it stated 12 'man hours'. She held her ground & then began to say that she did not like my tone! I of course asked what tone for I had remained calm the entire time. AS YOU CAN SEE, OF COURSE THE WORK WAS NEVER COMPLETED OR FINISHED AS PROMISED BY THEIR AD. GIRLS ARE VERY SWEET BUT VERY SLOW. AGAIN MY HUSBAND & I, BOTH IN OUR MID 60'S, COULD HAVE COMPLETED THIS JOB AND TO SATISFACTION IN 6HRS OR LESS.

"The ad states 12 man hours. I tried to explain this to you on the phone and you were so insistent on how much you paid for this service and everything had to be done on the list. I told you the list was an example. All of those things could be completed if time permitted. If time did not permit and you wanted the ladies to stay, then you could have paid a little extra so they could finish the job. You accused me of false advertizing when I explained to you from the beginning that it was 2 ladies for 6 hours. They told me they were slow becauae your house was MORE dirty than the averge home and you had them detailing all of your woodwork which takes time. You got more than you paid for especially with the 3rd person showing up to help. You should probably check recent prices for cleaning services. The prices have increased significantly over the past few years as labor costs keep rising. Your expectations were unrealistic."

I had t heard from. This company for a week after I paid for their services. I had to call and email them twice before they even responded. They could care less that I wanted to cancel.

It went fabulously. The house wasn't as clean as that even when we first moved in. I would recommend this particular service to anyone wanting to ensure their new tenants have a spotless place to move into, or if you are going to be selling your home. They got to work straight away, and made EVERY second count. It was impressive really how little they got distracted and how they constantly tasked, until it was complete. They finished early and cut no corners. They did a fantastic job.

They did a very good job, I will have them back. I was very pleased. They kept busy all the time and they worked well together, which was nice to see. The price was reasonable. They usually always show up on time, they got held up on a previous job the last time they came out, so they were a little late. But they still came and did a great job. They stayed late to make up for the time.

A team of three (2 gals, one guy) was sent. The lead person was Giselle (sp?) was excellent as well as the young lady whose first time was that day. the young man was diligent but not as detailed oriented as the females. He missed areas and the gal had to go back and clean and dust an end table in the FR. He did not vacuum the FR rug so the young lady did. When the 2 gals cleaned the master BR, they were able to get rid of a ring in my toilet that I had tried to chemically clean for months. Austin cleaned the other two BRs but did not remove the rings in those toilets.I wish I knew how the gals did that. Overall an excellent result, would recommend this service again.

They were very friendly and did a pretty good job, however, they broke a piece off of one of my wooden blinds without telling me and scratched the top surface of my electric stove. I left a special scrubber plus cleaner for the stove but not sure they used it. Otherwise they did a thorough job including base boards, blinds and inside the oven.

The team cleaned my very small house fairly well. Some rooms were cleaned "top to bottom" more thoroughly than others, but I should've caught that before they left, because I'm sure they would've stayed and corrected.
