Meticulous Ladies Cleaning Service have made my mother’s life so much more comfortable and easy. She just loves when Brenda and her co-worker comes. All of your staff have been fantastic but mom has really bonded with Brenda....me too! I always tell everyone to give Meticulous Ladies a call when the need arises. Keep up the good work!!

Very positive experience.  Sheri (the owner) worked very hard to accommodate the schedule I had and the services I needed.  The cleaner arrived on time.  Provided all her own supplies including vacuum, mop, duster, etc.  Worked quickly, efficiently BUT paid close attention to details.  When she was finished she removed all trash and left my house clean, smelling good and me very happy.  When I went thru the house checking on the job she had done I could find nothing that was missed or I felt wasn't done properly.  I have had other cleaners and always seem to find something I was unhappy with or something that was missed.  I have scheduled regular cleaning with Meticulous Ladies.

I have a busy schedule and it is hard for me to find the time to even meet someone at a reasonable hour.  She was very flexible and met me after 7 PM for the initial consultation. Everything went very professional. <br /> As far as the cleaning... <br /> Meticulous Ladies did a fantastic job! This was my first experience with a cleaning service and I do not know why I did not call earlier.  They certainly live up to the slogan. Everyone was very friendly and professional.  They were also flexible and came before I went to work so I could be there to introduce the dog.  Four girls showed up on time for the deep clean and worked most of the day.  Every room was spotless top to bottom.  I struggled to find even one dog hair. <br /> The quote was accurate. They did a wonderful job on the cleaning.  My home looked amazing when they left. <br /> $525 for the initial Deep clean (This was worth every dollar trust me it was bad.  They had 4 girls working most of the day.) <br /> $140 for the biweekly cleaning.  <br /> Thank you Meticulous Ladies!. <br />

<p>Sheri the owner of the company emailed me to arrange a date. It took a bit of doing to FINALLY settle on a date, and initially I was going to cancel the service, after being informed that there was a $20.00 travel fee (not in the fine print). It was ultimately waived after a bit of discussion.</p> <p>I was told by the owner the night before the cleaning that there would be 2 girls for 2 hours.  Upon their arrival, the next day there were 3.  Nobody really said anything to me. They set to work.  One girl seemed to be in charge and directed the other two initially.  One of the girls required a lot of direction so I thought she was in training, and only 1 of the 3 was by definition "meticulous."  She had the Master bedroom and bath which were  by FAR the worst rooms in the house, and she did the absolute best job.</p> <p>The rest of the house was relatively clean just a bit fur & dust. The bathrooms needed attending and the floors vacuumed and mopped. . It was supposed to be a "deep" cleaning which to me means from top to bottom. Dusting door jams and panels and tops of pictures and furniture, wiping down cabinetry etc. Things you don't do every time you clean just occasionally. Apparently I was mistaken.</p> <p>Communication was sorely lacking. In the end, after 1hr. and 40 minutes I received a call from Sheri telling me the girls were done but I could pay for more time, <strong>AND</strong> she would bill me for the 3rd girl ($70.00).  I was shocked, and a bit ticked, and thought it was <strong>EXTREMELY</strong> unprofessional to be so presumptuous, and  just to send and extra person whom I neither agreed to, nor been informed about, and assume I would  just pay extra.  AND, if she was going to charge me for every minute perhaps she should provide more supplies for her team (i.e. 1 vacuum for 3 people) so they can operate more efficiently. </p> <p>The girl who was seemingly in charge cleaned the Master Suite and spent the entire time in there (it is always the last place to get my attention and was consequently the worst). One of the girls went upstairs (just a bathroom and a hall to be cleaned there). She was upstairs maybe 20 minutes.  The other gal headed to the guest bathroom.  I went outside to work in my yard.  When I came in about an hour later to get a drink 2 of the girls were in the family room, nook, kitchen area. I walked around to the guest bath to see the progress and the toilet bowl was grey.  When I came back out into the kitchen I was asked if I was happy with what I saw. I indicated that the toilet looked dirty and she responded that it was stained (which it isn't)I and she would dump some bleach in it.  The gal who had been upstairs was dusting in the family room by then.  I could hear them asking each other about the vacuum and thought it was odd that they pulled up in this really nice professional looking van with a big logo on the side, that they seemingly had the vehicle to carry a lot of cleaning tools but only had 1 vacuum to share.</p> <p>Honestly, only 1 of the 3 individuals did a really good job the other 2 were substandard.  In FACT, I spent the following day redoing most of what  had been done.  My hard wood floors were left streaky and dull as were my stainless steel appliances. The tops of all of most all of the pictures left dusty.  They cleaned behind  nothing so I was vacuuming behind everything. The base of the guest bath toilet and pedestal sink hadn't been cleaned AT ALL, so I cleaned them. The counter in my children's bathroom had a gritty film on it so I cleaned it.<strong> I </strong>cleaned the door jams and panels and wiped down my kitchen cabinetry.  I found a small glass decoration had been broken and nobody had said anything, it would have been fine, because it's just stuff. Just SAY SOMETHING, because it's the right thing to do!</p> <p>When they were packing up to leave one of the girls asked me if I would have them back to which I replied "that remains to be seen."  She didn't seem particularly pleased with that response.</p> <p>To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I have 3 kids,  work fulltime and care for a parent with Alzheimer's.  I seldom have any free time and seems as though what little time I DO have, I spend cleaning.  This was going to hopefully become a regular thing.  My husband and I thought it would be good for me to have the help, so I wouldn't stress so much about all of the things I need to get done at home, and I might be able to actually have some time to relax with my family and enjoy life a little.</p> <p>I was excited to have the help.  I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist and I had told Sheri that when I spoke with her.  I asked questions about who would provide the supplies and what the deep cleaning entailed.  Admittedly I was a bit skeptical because of the initial contact and the  conversation about the  "travel fee" AND because it seemed as though I was always having to call Sheri back.  Once I made contact, if she was unable to speak with me, SHE should have contacted me.  I felt like I had to chase her down.</p> <p>I was very happy with my Master Suite it felt good to be able to go in there, look and how nicely everything was done and not see work everywhere I looked. It  is a shame that the girl who cleaned it isn't  on her own because she KNOWS what clean is.</p> <p>In the end it was more trouble than it was worth.  I ended up spending my weekend cleaning anyway.  So, in answer to the question I was asked by the girl as they were leaving, a resounding NO, I will NEVER use this provider again and I certainly would not recommend them.</p> <br />

Superb. 2 ladies arrived Friday morning and worked non stop and thoroughly until complete. About 5 hours. <br />Beautiful <br />

We were having a hard time finding a good cleaning service. <br />I stumbled upon Meticulous Ladies and they have been great! <br />I use them for my beach house in the summer and off-season. <br />My "extra clean" friend who stayed with us even commented on how good they were. <br />They do a great job and they are very professional. <br />My next door neighbor uses them for his rental house and they have been great too.

My sister is currently on her hands and knees (she has one knee replacement and needs second on other knee which is why we wanted their service in the first place) cleaning all the things they "cleaned".  It looks like they did nothing!   The places were filthy.  My sister says the walls, baseboards and baths are much cleaner after she cleaned them.  We bought the $90 gift certificate for Dad as Christmas gift.  We had trouble reaching them and then they said the certificates are really only good for 60 days but after a lot of back and forth they agreed to honor it and my sister added the additional $100 (their minimum for coming out) to do the main house.  They are a rip-off.  Do not even bother.   Most unprofessional people have worked with in long time. <br />
