Metro-Green Landscapes is a full-service landscape design and installation company. We design and create lush residential gardens, low-water/Xeriscape designs, sun or shade...all easy care. We build and install all hardscape designs such as flagstone patios and pathways, chop stone bed borders, concrete bed borders, pergolas, arbors, brick patios and pavers. We also create beautiful water features, ponds and waterfalls. Experts in tree planting and sod replacement and installation. We also install downspout and gutter drains, French Drains, new sprinkler systems, make repairs and amend existing systems. We except cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle payments.

Jeff is a visionary. I generally described my goal and he went to work. He has done three major projects for me and I could not be happier with the results. The last project turned the front of the house from drab and boring to the best looking house on the block. He goes way above and beyond to make sure all components work together. Highly recommend his work.

I have worked with Jeff for about 2 years. Jeff is wonderful to work with and is very professional, responsible, and knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work and makes sure his client is pleased with his work as well. I would highly recommend him for any landscape project.

<p>Ask for 80% of cost before doing the work. We only agreed to 50%</p> <p>Bought and delivered plants immediately, so the plants sat in the yard for approximately 2 weeks before they were planted.</p> <p>Told us the work would be finished in about a week. It took 2 weeks to finish. Used several different Hispanics to do the work; seldom the same man.</p> <p>Switched out plants from what he showed in drawing.</p> <p>He would show up about 9:30 a.m. and leave about 2:30 p.m.</p> <p>His men cut our cable/phone line, so we were without phones, internet, T.V. for 2 days.</p> <p>I have tried calling and texting to ask him to pay the $300 bill we received for cut line, but he is not responding. </p> <br />

"This review and complaint is ludicrous. [member name removed]'s were the most UNGRATEFUL, CONDESCENDING, BIGOTED, OVERBEARING pair of humans I've ever had the displeasure of working for. They could say thank you or offer a kind word of encouragement, if their lives depended on it. They were dismissive and disrespectful to my crew, often referring to them as "those Mexicans." I would often return from gathering materials to find that they had pulled one of my crew off their work and had they doing personal tasks for them, such as straightening the garage, moving boxes and rearranging their clutter in the back yard. Mr. [member name removed]was constanting in the yard offering his opinion on my choice of the order ofthings. He literally told me to "shut up" one day when I did not agree with his suggestions. As far as punctuality, you can ask any of my previous clients that communication and punctuation are 2 very strong aspects of my business approach. I had lost count how many times we had to stand at the locked gate every morning ringing the doorbell non-stop because they would still be in bed or could not hear the doorbell because of their very advanced ages. Mrs. [member name removed] called up one day complaining that we did not clean the beds effectively of the Bermuda grass that was in the original. I drove over to find not only was it NOT Bermuda Grass, but it was the bird seed sprouting from the feeder in the above tree. When Ibrought her attention to the mistake, she did make one apology for her wild goose or a thank you for my time. If you will notice, the review was posted nearly 2 months after we finished and was only payed because I refused to jump through anymore of their over-demanding hoops. If giving them back their $5000 could take me back in time where I'd never ever met them, I gladly would. In 15 years in this business and 1000s of clients, they are among my top 3 biggest regrets."

Our landscape looks fabulous! We are so pleased with the design, workmanship and finished product of our landscape. The meticulous attention to detail by Jeff is so impressive and much appreciated. We are very satisfied with the results and anyone who visits our home marvels at the new look. Throughout the extensive project, Jeff was very good at communicating and teaching. Our project required a multitude of landscaping services and skills which included: An integrated landscape design and layout plan, demolition of the old, drainage and irrigation installation, stonework, plant/bush/tree installations, mulch, sod and lighting. We also had many repairs done to our existing sprinkler systems and drain lines. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful final product and highly recommend Jeff/Metro-Green Landscapes.

We are really happy with how our front yard renovation turned out. We had asked Jeff to design a modern and low maintenance yard to generally improve the curb appeal. He knew exactly what we had in mind and promptly delivered the plans with a detailed quote. Once the project began, Jeff was very communicative. We were explained all that was accomplished everyday and knew when he would arrive and leave. The crew cleaned up after each day's work. <br /> <br /> Through out the project, Jeff always went far and beyond what was expected. He is interested in the long term success of the project. He also periodically stops by to check on the new plants and offers suggestions on how to take care of them. Jeff has extensive knowledge about plants and his plant selection is very diverse. I wanted a design that incorporated a large variety of plants and he was able to execute this beautifully. <br /> For every part of the project, it has been a great experience working with Jeff. The garden turned out much better than we imagined and looks like it was designed and implemented by a professional. We would not consider hiring anyone else in the future. <br />

<p>Jeff exceeded all of our expectations with this project. It began with his prompt handling of our initial consultation and beautiful hand-drawn landscape plans to communicate the planned design. We could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable about plant choices for our space, and paid attention to our requests in his design. When it came time for installation, Jeff did much of the installation himself, and carefully supervised work crews when present. It was a large job, and installation took several weeks. As installation progressed, Jeff altered the design slightly (with our approval) to accommodate lighting conditions as he observed them throughout the day. He kept in constant communication with us throughout the installation process, and has followed up several times since to see if we had feedback and questions, and to help us care for the new plants. </p> <p>Jeff provided exceptional service, and we could tell he was always focused on quality work for the long-term. Jeff even worked with some of our neighbors to help handle some issues with drainage and neighboring trees that were interfering with our landscape. He did have some trouble with our existing sprinkler system, which had sub-standard and unusual wiring, but he helped us isolate and resolve many issues and coordinate repairs with another contractor for the rest. Jeff was always up-front about costs and seeing the care that he put into both the design decisions and the work, we never felt like we were being overcharged.</p> <p>We have had many neighbors stop by to compliment us on our landscape, Jeff is clearly a landscape pro, and we plan on having him out again to assist with seasonal maintenance and some future projects. </p>

It went effortlessly. <br /> Created a beautiful hand-drawn color design. <br /> Revamped the entire front yard from top to bottom. <br /> His design really enhanced and reflected the architecture of the house. <br /> Installed heavy chop stone in the front. <br /> Moved a huge Little Gem Magnolia, transplanted perfectly. Still beautiful and in a more appropriate spot. <br /> Groomed the back yard in such a way it made the yard breath again. <br /> Hand-built a stunning cedar arbor and did several repairs on the guesthouse exterior. <br />
