Metro-Green Landscapes is a full-service landscape design and installation company. We design and create lush residential gardens, low-water/Xeriscape designs, sun or shade...all easy care. We build and install all hardscape designs such as flagstone patios and pathways, chop stone bed borders, concrete bed borders, pergolas, arbors, brick patios and pavers. We also create beautiful water features, ponds and waterfalls. Experts in tree planting and sod replacement and installation. We also install downspout and gutter drains, French Drains, new sprinkler systems, make repairs and amend existing systems. We except cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle payments.

"This review and complaint is ludicrous. [member name removed]'s were the most UNGRATEFUL, CONDESCENDING, BIGOTED, OVERBEARING pair of humans I've ever had the displeasure of working for. They could say thank you or offer a kind word of encouragement, if their lives depended on it. They were dismissive and disrespectful to my crew, often referring to them as "those Mexicans." I would often return from gathering materials to find that they had pulled one of my crew off their work and had they doing personal tasks for them, such as straightening the garage, moving boxes and rearranging their clutter in the back yard. Mr. [member name removed]was constanting in the yard offering his opinion on my choice of the order ofthings. He literally told me to "shut up" one day when I did not agree with his suggestions. As far as punctuality, you can ask any of my previous clients that communication and punctuation are 2 very strong aspects of my business approach. I had lost count how many times we had to stand at the locked gate every morning ringing the doorbell non-stop because they would still be in bed or could not hear the doorbell because of their very advanced ages. Mrs. [member name removed] called up one day complaining that we did not clean the beds effectively of the Bermuda grass that was in the original. I drove over to find not only was it NOT Bermuda Grass, but it was the bird seed sprouting from the feeder in the above tree. When Ibrought her attention to the mistake, she did make one apology for her wild goose or a thank you for my time. If you will notice, the review was posted nearly 2 months after we finished and was only payed because I refused to jump through anymore of their over-demanding hoops. If giving them back their $5000 could take me back in time where I'd never ever met them, I gladly would. In 15 years in this business and 1000s of clients, they are among my top 3 biggest regrets."
