Shamar and Christine did an excellent job, which was not easy given that their hoses had to reach three stories up and then extend into the various rooms. They were professional. Also, the owner, Al, does quickly return phone calls. The price he offered for the job was reasonable. We will certainly use Metro Carpet Cleaning again.

Well the Master Bedroom High traffic area, was not cleaned to customers satisfaction! The dirt was not lifted out of the carpet as promised. Very disappointed in the one area, everything else was great! Manager cost was at $180, but he knocked off $15.00 for the tech running late!

Not good, their cleaning machine did not work properly and left a soap/cleaning solution in the carpet. When we vacummed the next day, because of the solution left in the carpet, the vacum didn't pick anything up and just turned the dust and pet hair in little balls. We had to hire another cleaner to get the carpet cleaned to look good so we could sell our house. DO NOT USE METRO CARPET CLEANING!!!!!

It went well , stains removed , carpets look great for our open house tomorrow. So happy they honored this last minute request and even gave me the Angie’s List discount - and very reasonable. Strands by their quotes.

They showed up on time, explained the process, and had the job done in about an hour. Carpets look great and I was even surprised they were able to get some old stains out that I was sure were permanent.

I am not the best at reviews however to FINALLY get a quality job at the price quoted was absolutely refreshing and they also had personality and sense of humor. I have found somewhere to have my carpet cleaning needs taken care of. THESE guys are GREAT!!!!!!

I went on-line and found them. I sent them an email, they email me right back and followed up with a call. They came the same day! And it only took them maybe an hour.

Great! They were able to do a bextvday service and we were impressed with the results.

I called them on a Saturday and they accommodated me the same day. The men who arrived were very kind, well mannered and professional. They let me know what to expect and I appreciated it. They provided quality service. I am satisfied with the way my carpet looks. I live in a townhome so they did the bedrooms, hallway, living room and stairs! I would hire them again.

They were excellent. They were personable, accommodating, and very respectful. It was an overall very pleasant experience. They even gave me a container of cleaner in case I spilled something and showed me how to use it. They were very very nice.

I got them from Angie’s List. They did an excellent job. They promptly showed up at my house the next morning at 8 a.m. because I had company coming that night. They just changed their schedule and showed up early for me. When he was leaving, he went ahead and cleaned the hall rug and the living room rug at the front door. Everything looked really nice. There was no wheel mark from his equipment. He also left me some deodorizer for the carpet for free and he was reasonable. The cost was affordable. He did such a good job for me. It was a very good job for that money. They responded very promptly and professionally. They were the best. I would use them again most definitely this year before the holidays.

Very professional, they were late, but got lost coming to our remote location.  They lost cell service due to our remoteness and could not call us.  Owner was very apologogetic and even gave us a discount upon completion of service.  Owner was the one who cleaned our carpets. Did a fantasic job and will definitely use in the future.

They did an excellent job, particularly on the carpet cleaning and one of the things I appreciated the most was they made a very competitive quote and stuck to it without trying to upsell me all kinds of things I didn't need or ask for. I will definitely use them again.
