Mark was amazing, he did such a great job. he cleaned up my patio, looking better then it did before. I just moved in and the beautiful patio needed to be blown and he made it look so beautiful. the grass and edging are picture perfect. thank you Mark, you worked hard and quick. will definitely use again. .

Horrible. Jimmy came out and gave us an estimate, they did the job and now our basement floods. He came back looked at what they did and said it was not correct. They said they would come back, we scheduled two different times and they had a different reason each time when we reached out to them when they did not show. I realize things happen, but it is pretty easy to text and reschedule. We are now having to pay another company to fix what they did and get our negative drainage grading corrected. Do not hire them.

Very unhappy with qualify of work, we informed them what needed to be done and they gave us a quote. They told us a time and day they would come out......we waited and about 4 hours after they were supposed to be here and we got a text telling us it will be tomorrow. When they came out they tore up our yard and didn’t even finish the jobs, they told us they would need to come back because there were a few stumps that needed to be taken out prior. We have a stump guy come out and tell us they could have finished the job and there was nothing he could do.....so we reach back out to Metro-D to have them come out and finish the job. A few days go by and we hear nothing. We have tried to call them to let them know we wanted them to fix the yard with no return calls or text. We finally got a hold of the guy who did our yard and he told us he would be here between 2-4 on a Friday. Of course they never showed up. About 7pm we get ahold of someone at the main number and they tell us they were unaware of the situation or how the yard was left and they will be out tomorrow to fix the yard and finish the job. The next day they are out but they just patched a few spots in the yard (completely missing the gouge from one end to the other of our yard by where they dragged a tree out). They only had enough soil to fill in half of the spot they originally quoted us to fill in telling us that’s all they were told to bring and left. Highly unsatisfactory with their service. Their 3 hour guarantee is crap. If you want a half done job and your yard looking worse than before and wasting your day waiting for these guys to show up and not complete what they quoted you or even call you than go with Metro-D lawn care.

We originally hired them sometime in the early summer. From the beginning, we've never had any idea what day they'd show up. They'd say a certain and they wouldn't show up. We would have to call and text them to try to get them to show up. Sometimes they wouldn't come all week! Sometimes they wouldn't cut the lawn short enough. They don't have professional equipment, only 1 mower. One week, they forgot to close the gate to my dog pen area (thankfully my dog didn't run away). The only thing this company did weekly without fail, was charge our credit card. Needless to say, my husband fired them the week of September 16th.

They did the job as said. I hired them for the year. They kept me informed when they weren't going to be able to make it at my scheduled time.

I got my yard cleaned up quick. My yard was covered in debris from over the winter. Got the yard inspected and cleaned the same day. I will absolutely tell my friends about this company.

They do a very good job. They are very efficient. They also do a great job of keeping in contact with you regarding the weather on your appointment date. If it's going to rain that day, they will let you know when they plan on coming out. If the weather has been hot and they don't think your grass needs cut that week, they will let you know that they will skip your lawn that week to avoid unnecessary work. They're just extremely conscientious. They also offer snow removal in the winter.

It been going well. We hire them for the second year. They just been reliable

Perfect. As I recover from an injury, Metro has been perfect. I highly recommend them.

Kyle and Metro D are great ! No other lawn care service cuts grass with push mowers, edges properly or lets you know due to weather if they may be delayed a day for service. My last lawn service created a 4 by 4 bare patch in my front lawn because the owner's son was too lazy to get off their 0 turn radius riding mower and use an edger around my bushes or tree. When I asked him to change the cutting pattern he ignored me. I don't have any of these issues with Metro D

I used them last year and I'm using this year. They are wonderful company. They are great, They are on time. They take wonderful care of my lawn. I never had any problem with them. They are comparable to anybody else. The owner is a great guy. His name is Kyle. Very friendly and easy to talk with.

They are very quick and efficient. They communicate very well through email, letting us know about any scheduling changes due to weather etc. They've been very good.

It's pretty ok, some weeks it's really great, the next week it's not as good. They move very quick, and they miss spots, but they are taken care of the next week. But overall, they are good, and I can't complain. They show up and do the job.
