Communicating with the crew was difficult, due to language barrier. I asked the crew to be careful of some rose bushes near the fence; had I not watched carefully, they would have ignored my request and destroyed the roses - a worker was dragging vinyl planks through the rose bushes I pointed out. I had to stop him and direct him, with some resistance from him, to avoid the roses. Crew broke a sprinkler line - it appeared to be as if they didn't care that there as a sprinkler head RIGHT NEXT to where they had decided to install a post. Had they been careful, they could have avoided damaging my sprinkler system - which I had to repair with my own time and money as they do not pay for incidental damage. Other than those issues, the work was done well and quickly, however the flagrant disregard for my property really soured this deal.

Called metro fence to replace an old wooden picket fence with a 6 foot vinyl coated chain link. Day of install the sub-contracted it out to a Gulf to Bay a fence. Called for service since Irma dropped a branch on the top rail. Kalee answered and not the nicest person to speak with since she kept you on speaker phone the whole time. She told me there is a $500 minimum charge for the truck to come out. Had I known their customer service was this bad I would have used another company. Calling the sub contractors out now to repair. Steer clear of their B.S. call Gulf to Bay Fence instead. Glad none of my neighbors went with Metro Fence. Will not recommend them to my worst enemy. So much for Angie's list and their B.S. A review rating for them.

Myself and 2 neighbors all wanted fences installed. We obtained quotes from five fencing companies and asked all of them to provide pricing for each home as well as a discounted price if they were awarded all three jobs as the same time. We were impressed with the quality of the fencing and gate hardware Metro offered and they provided a very competitive pricing for all three jobs. The installation crew arrived and completed fencing for all three houses in one day. There had been a change in the gate hardware that Metro uses between the time of the first presentation and when the installation was completed but Metro made this right. I would recommend Metro Fence - excellent quality at good pricing and timely installation <br />

They construct the fence from scratch. It's very solid. It looks very nice. Doing it that way rather than installing it in sections is good for uneven, going around trees, matching up with other fences that sort of a thing. So, it looks very clean and professional. They did a nice job.

Metro Fence kept me informed by call or email. Scheduled survey and estimate quickly. The contractors arrived 30 minutes earlier then the scheduled time. They finished approximately 150' of removal of old fence and replacing new fence. Arrival at 9:30 AM and finished before 3 PM. Fence posts are sturdy and they did not leave a mess. <br />

If I had known there was such an easy company to work with out there I would have <br /> done this years ago. They showed up on time - did what they said they <br /> were going to do - charged a very reasonable price - AND best of all they heard my concerns <br /> and answer all questions. Great experience.

When my wife and I grew fed up with our falling apart wood fence we decided to research and hire a company to install a white vinyl fence. We had 3 companies provide us with an estimate and Metro Fences blew them all away. Adam the owner gave me a walk through estimate on my property explaining in detail what his company provides, showed me demo pieces and answered all my questions. He provided a written quote the same evening. The other companies were no where near as professional and again, their prices couldn't touch Metro Fences. <br /> We agreed to hire Metro Fences and they scheduled us about 2-3 weeks out. The day prior to install two workers arrived and took apart and removed our old fence without a hitch. The day of install the crew came in installed our fence, all 210 sq ft and gates in one day! We were thrilled and extremely impressed. The fence is top quality and maintenance is a breeze. It's going on almost 3 years and the fence looks the same as the 1st day it was installed. <br /> If you're in the market for a fence call these guys last so you can see first hand how much better they are than the competition. <br />

The crew did an excellent job! They were very conscientious about the appearance of the job, they kept the work areas clean and they were very polite. I sure wish I had found Metro Fence when I had the first, large installation done! There is such a dramatic difference in the quality of materials and work! Never mind pricing - the first fence company I used was much more expensive on this second installation (I wouldn't have used them again anyhow).

"This is hard to explain but i will try my best...When you select a wood fence we only install a heavy duty version that is built on site piece by piece and the county rules are that the neighbor must have the finished side and that the rails be facing in towards you. This is unfortunately the only way that we can build this fence in this situation and the only other choice is to use cheap prefabricated panels ( that we refuse to use ) because they can be slid in between the posts and screwed as a whole section as opposed to us having to have a foot of working space to be able to build the fence piece by piece to be able to obtain the heavy duty version. Is there anything that we can do to help such as remove the neighbors fence for free so that there is access to this area ? I am sorry and this really kills the vibe of a good install and i wish the county would change this rule"

<p>Adam was quick to respond my initial call. Other companies, including ones on Angie's List, didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. I guess the job wasn't big enough for them. Adam arrived at scheduled time, and we discussed what I wanted, making a few changes as per code for a swimming pool. His crew worked quickly, was courteous to my few questions and did a beautiful job. The gates are perfect! I am very pleased. Nice to see a company that does what it says it will do.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

Fence was installed quickly and looks great, however during install they broke my sprinkler system. When I emailed them they said that their contract states they do not warranty against any damages to sprinkler system and there was nothing they could do. End result is I will end up paying almost half the cost of the fence to repair the sprinkler system and there was not any type of remorse or sorry from the company. <br />

Adam and the teem at Metro Fences gave me an estimate and a timeline to fit my schedule and budget for the installation of my fence. Upon arrival at my house the installers were super professional and got straight to work. After the completion of the fence installation they showed me how the gate could be locked and asked me if I was satisfied. And boy, was I!!! It looked amazing, I finally had a really beautiful gate and fence to protect my back yard. I was so thrilled!!! Adam and Metro fence did a great job. Two thumbs up from Brandon, Fl!!! I would definitely use again.

Although we had issues when Metro Fences initially installed our fence back in September, we called on them to do repairs to some damage on our fence, and they responded with a reasonable quotation, quick turnaround and easy repair. The day of installation the workers arrived early in the morning and worked well into dark taking their time to make sure the job was done right and making sure that it was finished that day. The fence needed to be put up as soon as possible for us to pass inspection on our pool and Metro Fences made it happen. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend them. They were very professional. <br />

This review is in addition to a previous one. The work has finally been accomplished and the finished result is terrific. The fences look great. Once the workers were here they worked efficiently and diligently for long hours to get the work done. We are very happy with the results however the job took far longer than estimated. The actual work did not take a long time but there were many delays and miscommunications. We did have a rainy summer. <br /> <br />

Prior to our fence installation, Metro Fences came out and marked out the fence location and lot lines so that we could have our irrigation company make sure our irrigation heads and lines would not be in a way because we did not want there to be any problems or additional costs incurred. The irrigation company moved lines and heads on all three sides of the back yard. Metro Fences walked the yard with us and confirmed that none of them should be an issue now that they are moved. <br /> They arrived promptly as promised to begin the installation and worked hard all day to make sure it was all accomplished. (Their installation employees spoke little English.) The fence looks beautiful. <br /> HOWEVER, it initially looked like the sprinkler heads for our irrigation system were just buried beneath the excess sand and dirt from digging the post holes. After further inspection and running a test of our system to find some of the heads, Metro Fences buried a couple of our irrigation sprinklers under concrete they poured around the post holes. They also broke a line on the side of the house where the side fence meets the house. This will now need to be repaired. <br /> Metro Fences claims they are not responsible and that we should point fingers at our irrigation company even though he gave us the OK that nothing would be a problem. <br /> In addition, a week after giving their non-English speaking installation people a full cash payment we have yet to receive a paid receipt. <br />

I was looking for bids and Adam from Metro Fences gave me one of the best quotes. He arrived as scheduled and walked me through what was and what is to come. I thought the price could have been better, the price on Facebook and Angie's List were a little misleading and may need to be updated. Now to the work, I want to give Adam and his crew thumbs up for great quality workmanship and great responsiveness when I had questions and concerns. Brent and his crew came and finished by evening. I opted for the free financing with 70-80% down, I thought that was an awesome program from Metro Fences. Anyways, the next day, I did a walk through and saw that there were a few minor things that needed adjustments. I contacted Adam and he followed up and sent his crew back out to correct the issue. I would recommend Metro Fences to anyone that wants good quality and professional work. They do have one of the best prices compare to others out there. Metro Fences back their products, and have no money down to start the project. Give them a try if you need a fence setup. Thanks.
