It went great

They seemed rushed and wasn't attentive. Did not check for studs and drilled multiple holes, also did not use a leveler to level. I had to slow them down and they seemed annoyed.

Everything went smoothly

They showed up when they said they would and did a good job in record time.

They showed up on time as planned and did a reasonably good job repairing my wall and ceiling. However, they broke a light fixture and simply glued it back together without ever telling me that it happened. I also found paint on the concrete steps in front of my condo as if they wiped their brushes off as they were leaving. This has left paint on the front steps of my house and the broken fixture but the price was not discounted nor was I advised.

I contacted Tim on Monday and he was able to come on Thursday. I was thrilled. It was difficult finding someone who would come for these types of jobs. He was punctual., got everything done quickly and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent, Tim Tucson did a great job and kept me updated on time. Trusted him to be there when I was not. Cleaned up when done.

One word: Unprofessional They felt they need to cut the floor planks inside our home, despite our reservations about doing that. Consequently a lot of sawdust throughout the area. Flooring had noticeable gaps in between planks; unacceptable in my opinion. Couldn't properly install planks next to the bathtub; at least 1/8-1/4" gap. Medicine cabinet installation not level (crooked) sloppy, hasty, poor quality. Cleanup after project seriously lacking. Really regret hiring this company to complete what should have been a simple job. They seemed out of their realm for some reason. We may add more to this review at a later date! Sad!

Very well. They recommended the right kind of grout--one with polymer so it would not crack as easily-- responded quickly, and completed the job in less than one hour.

Plumbing work left a rather large hole in one wall in our finished basement. I called Metro Handyman, and they were able to get to the work within a couple of days. the hole was patched, taped, and textured in about three hours. The results were very good. Following new paint, we couldn't tell where the work had been done.

Did a fantastic job. The old fixtures were corroded so it was challenging to remove. They persisted and got the job done.
