"Mr. L, what a pleasure it was to assist you and your young family. Best of luck and remember to take care of those electrical issues that were not correct when the house was built just a few short years ago !!"
"Thank you [Member name removed] for that very detailed and thorough review....much like our inspection and inspection report ;-) With reference to the report being purged before having been sent to your builder, once the reports are uploaded onto our server, the email notifies the client that the "inspection report will remain on the server for 14 days." This automated purging of reports allows for future client reports to be loaded without maxing-out the server's capacity. We can always reload or resend, as I did today in response to your email last night. Regarding the report delay, I have to admit that I took advantage of you already living in your home and having hired us more than a month in advance of needing your one-year warranty inspection. Besides a very wet November playing havoc on our schedule, I had a barrage of inspections for clients buying homes and we get those reports out in a day or two due to the time-sensitive nature of the Due Diligence period. That said, I do apologize for the wait, but am glad everything worked out. Happy Holidays !! Dave"
