Metro NY Insulation
About us
Metro NY Insulation is a green focused, cellulose insulation contractor that works with homeowners to help them save money on their heating and cooling costs. By sealing the home to prevent drafts from allowing heated (or cooled) air from escaping, home works more efficiently and uses less energy. We are accredited by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) for Building Envelope and Building Analyst to view the whole building as a system and allow it to breathe properly while still retaining the heat in the winter and the conditioned air in the summer. Proper ventilation and insulation leads to a healthier home, with fewer mold issues and less likelihood of developing ice dams in the winter. We do more than just add insulation, we do full scale weatherization to keep you and your home healthy. We also do interior wall soundproofing to reduce noise transfer from room to room. We use only 100% Borate infused National Fiber Cel-Pak so you won't have to worry about the toxic off-gasing or ammonia smell from inferior insulation used by other companies. All employees are trained and trusted. NO SUBCONTRACTORS. Free in-home assessment. Costs are determined by the scope of the job - we do everything to the BPI specifications. We do more than just insulate - WE WEATHERIZE!!!
