Tony was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When the door was ready from the vendor, he picked it up and installed it, clearing out the rotten jamb wood parts and sealing it better than the previous one in. I'm a bit paranoid about air/water sealing, so I'll be touching up some as things settle, but overall Tony did a good job and even came an extra day when things ran over.

Troy Bell and his team were professional and courteous, every step of the way. Starting the job he told me what we needed and gave me an itemized cost on everything, including his labor costs. Everything was reasonable. He estimated the time it would take and although there was bad weather, and holidays, he and his team finished on time. Troy went out of his way to do extra steps with staining the lumber, painting, building and trimming. He was masterful and thoughtful in every detail of the job. He takes real pride in his work and so do his workers. The final job was literally stunning in every way. The deck is prettier than any deck we have ever seen. My husband and I are so very proud of Troy Bell's artistry in his carpentry. We would HIGHLY suggest using him for any carpentry you need. Do not go anywhere else. Troy Bell of Metro Remodeling is truly a Master Carpenter!!! .

Troy Bell of Metro Remodeling, did an excellent job of replacing the existing threshold (transition) with a new one. He went out of his way to find a matching threshold at Home Depot, since the flooring I had used was no longer available. Thank you, Troy!
