Metro Roof Repair did an excellent job! I believe it was Terry who came out for the appointment to evaluate the roof. He was very good at helping me to understand the issues causing the leaks using digital pics he took he took while on the roof...thats a nice touch (upon completion he then provided "after" pics of the repaired areas)! The crew was promt and courteous and left the place pretty clean (I did find some shingle peices in my shrubs later but overall acceptable). I found Home Advisor to have worked for me nicely on this occassion and will definitley use the service again.

THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM I CALLED ABOUT, BUT CAUSED ANOTHER LEAK & HAVEN'T BEEN BACK TO FIX IT.

My only complaint was that the estimate was postponed once and then the start date was postponed twice due to other activities running late. Fortunately for me the start date didn't matter much. Otherwise Jerry was very professional and showed genuine interest in making sure the job was done properly and that I was satisfied with the work. He even followed up after a subsequent rain to make sure there were no problems and I was happy with the work. They provided a very fair price and did excellent work. I am very confident in the work they performed. I will use them again in the future.
