Metro was very helpful in getting a gas line issue resolved prior to doing the work. I commend the professionalism.

Showed up within 10 minutes of time given. Explained procedure every step of the way. Work quality was good, two person team was excellent. My only complaint was price was quiet a bit higher than other quotes I received but chose Metro because they could show up within my scheduled time that I could take off to be there.

They know their work, cordial, honest and helpful. Their equipment seems in top shape.

Called them late Saturday afternoon and they came out at 8 AM on Sunday. The two man team that they sent were prompt and professional when they came out. Would use and recommend them again. 5 stars

Office staff and the technician who came out were very friendly and helpful. The person/technician who came out seemed very trustworthy; and was patient and extremely competent.

we had 7 people come out to look at out septic blockage. only metro was able to find my tank it was buried deep under our deck the rest wanted to charge me a fortune to find the tank. they were super friendly and found the problem. everyone else said they thought my drainage field was damaged and quoted me crazy estimates. Metro came out and opened my tank to find a blockage going into my tank it cost me less than 500.00 to repair including the pump out of the whole tank. They did a great job and I would recommend them to my neighbors in a second. they did not try to rip us off like a few of the others.

Was very happy with the service and time taken to explain the whole septic experience (since we are first time septic tank users and the original installs/builders never told us anything about caring for the system). Provided a lot of useful information today!!

Very friendly, up front about costs -- NO SURPRISES when they arrive and complete job. Came the day they called and FIXED MY PROBLEM!! OUTSTANDING. Will use them again and recommend to any and all! EXCELLENT JOB...Casey the young man who did the work was awesome to deal with, had a very pleasant demeanor and attitude, even though the digging was all manual. Real good experience overall...would highly recommend them to others and plan to use them next time I have to have this done.

I spoke with the owner, John and his son Kenny by phone. They were friendly and informative. Casey was the technician that provided our service and was outstanding! He offered an in-depth verbal report of the condition of our tank and recommended some tips to avoid the dreaded septic tank emergency. Over all, I was extremely satisfied with the job, customer service, and the cordial yet professional demeanor of all Metro Septic personal was refreshing. Great job and we will be repeat customers!

Metro Septic arrived even earlier than my scheduled appointment. Casey was the technician and he immediately went to work on diagnosing the problem. He was diligent in his work (and it is very hard work) and continuously monitored the progress as he worked to fix the situation. He was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable about his work. I had spoken with the owner originally and Mr. Lee was very attentive to my situation and promptly scheduled someone to come out. You can tell that the integrity of this company comes from the top down. I would strongly recommend this company.

They did a good job and were very professional.

Said they'd be there between 2 + 5pm. Arrived at 5 and was done in approx 30 - 45 mins. The guy diagnosed the problem and found the tank in less than 5 mins. Very knowledgeable & friendly.

Metro came out the same day to complete the job. They arrived a little late but made sure the job was done to my satisfaction.
