Was here no more than 30 minutes and charged $150. No repairs, just told us the dryer motor was gone which resulted in the need to get a new dryer.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] I'm sorry for the confusion but please remember you had 2 appliances checked. The washer AND the dryer. We follow the industry standard as far as pricing goes. We are no different than any other appliance repair company. If you have more than 1 appliance serviced you pay for each appliance but generally you get a discounted rate on the second appliance, which on your receipt it reflected your discount."

Ran a diagnostic on my washer. The repairs were higher than the machines worth. We were advised of this fact. The fee for the visit was very reasonable. Very professional.

They called quickly to say they they received our information. He came out to give us an estimate, he ordered the part and it came a couple days later. He came back, installed the motor and we were really pleased with his work. They did a first class job.
