Three or Four men showed up for the job so it ended up being 1 hour of service. I thought the price was good. They did pretty much what I asked them to do except that they took down a live tree instead of a dead one. I wouldn't rate them highly. They did the very minimum of what I asked and did not check in before they left. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves.There was no additional cost. It has hard to determine the money worth of one man for 4 hours versus three or four men for 4 hours. If there was more time on the clock, I'm sure I would have needed more work to be done.

It was fine. They were very efficient!

The deal turned out great. A crew of about 2 men came out. They trimmed the bushes around the pool. They did an excellent job and were great with the cleanup afterwards. Scheduling was not an issue and there no additional fees. The men were professional, courteous and did exactly what needed done.

Had bought 3 hour certificate last fall. The company got slammed with storm work and never contacted me for appointment. Contacted them twice in March and the owner got his crew out that week. The crew was great, very flexible and very efficient in the amount of work they got done with the allotted time. <br />

Very well done. Showed up on time and had me ok each tree trim before moving on to the next one. Clean up was excellent.  Could not be more pleased. <br />

They trimmed some oak trees. To fill out the 4 hours, they also trimmed some shrubs. They cleaned up very well.

Two men arrived.  They cut the limbs out of the trees that I requested.  They did a through job of clean-up.  My only compliant, and it is small because I would use them again, is that it was very difficult to schedule them because they said they were very busy.  It probably took 2 months to schedule. <br />

They did a good job. The price was outstanding. The only problem was the difficulty I had in getting them there. I had to keep calling them and reschedule twice. I'm sure they got swamped because of the low price and There was a storm that swamped them as well.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were fine.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked pretty good. I purchased it in June, and I finally used it a week ago. It went pretty good, they probably could have trimmed it a little bit more, but that was my fault not to tell them. They cleaned up everything, and raked up some leaves, which wasn't part of the agreement, but they did it anyway. The price was good. They were a little late.

<p> Excellent. Answered phone immediately, set a date for following Saturday, arrived exactly at set time with crew of four. I gave them directions and they set to work as two teams. Best part was they worked as one team trimming my favorite tree, the guys on the ground directed the guys in the tree and debated what branches needed to be cut to keep the tree balanced.  ?No, not that one, the branch left of that one?the one that looks like a slingshot.  Ya, that?s it.?  They cleaned up every twig, used up the entire time even doing extra work and left as quietly as they came.  I noticed they?ve had some bad ratings but you wouldn?t know it by the service I received.</p> <p> </p> <br />

I had given them a flexible list of things to do so that they could fill 4 hours of time ($99 Big Deal). My wife noticed that they seemed to be more interested in playing with the neighbor's dog than completing the work. She called the owner, which got them more focused on the job, but the owner wanted to bill us extra for the time overage since they had already gone over the 4 man-hours (there were 3 guys there). I was prepared to dispute this, since we had never agreed on an amount beyond the $99, but we never did get a bill, so at the end of the day we did get a lot done for the price. However, I'm generally wary of any "specials" that are time-oriented and not job-oriented going forward.

3 men - Hour and 20 minutes.  Trimmed trees around our house that were nearly (or on one case), reaching the house.  Not an easy task as our atrium ranch has a very steep roof line and a lot with a serious slope to a ravine behind.    Work had to be done from the roof. | |Two men were on the roof with one hauling cuttings away.  Two two on the roof noticed a peak where branches had broken away a piece of shingle that may have allowed water to drin behind the facia and eventuall cause serious damage.  We worked out a temporary fix until I can get a permanent fix done. | |With the time left, they cleand out some undergroth near the house and then spent the remaining time cutting down honeysuckle at the bottom of our property line. | |Very accomodating, very professional and all 3 gentlemen worked every minute while they were here.  Removel all cuttings and left our place as clean as when they came. | |Great Job!  Would use them again but (until the trees/honeysuckle grow back), it may be a couple of years. | |Great Job.

It took multiple attempts via email & phone to contact the owner.  At that point, they were scheduling about a month out.  I had to keep on top on him & threaten to get my money back from Angie's List before he finally sent someone out.  When they came out, they had scheduled someone right after me & so I was shorted time that they spent.  The work itself was sufficient for my purposes, but fairly crude.  They made very little effort to make the trimmed trees look nice & simply lopped off some branches.  I need a great deal more tree work done & they couldn't even give me a ballpark estimate when they came out.  There was no follow up by the owner to find out if I was happy with the work, or if I needed more work done.  <br /> I wouldn't use them again, nor would I recommend.  Clearly they have more business than they can handle.  What's the point of offering a Big Deal, if you don't have time to perform the services? <br />

It went fine. They were kind of busy and it took them a little bit to get there, but once they came they did a real good job. They had to climb up in the trees to do the trimming. They chopped up all the limbs and cleaned up. They were probably there for three hours. I thought they were real good. I've had other tree services and they all seemed like they were nice and friendly and they wanted to do a good job. That counts a lot.

When the crew of two men saw the tree that I wanted taken down they were completely floored. They had not brought a ladder a chipper or wheelbarrow to the job. They clearly did not know how to handle the problem and got on the phone with the boss. He told them to do it anyway. They asked to use my ladders and wheelbarrow. While they were trying to figure out how to climb the tree, I called the boss! I asked if he was fully insured because his crew did not inspire confidence. He actually said this to me I DO NOT SEND MY "A" TEAM TO DO ANGIES LIST JOBS My real crew is doing an impotant job elsewhere, but these guys can do what you need. The poor guys wrestled with taking the limbs down, but they did manage. They stayed three hours and did clean up their mess. I hold no fault to them. But the job didn't get done in three hours. I feel sure the "a" team would have knocked it out in that time. So I am left with a totem pole that I will have to hire someone else to cut down. <br />

Arrived for estimate without notifying me first. That was OK as I was home by chance and met him. Gave me estimate for removal of 3 damaged trees in my yard from storms. Said his crew could do the job no problem and he would call me with date to do the work. I authorized service. Never heard from him again until he just showed up with 3 other guys unannounced one afternoon almost 2 weeks later (again, just happened to be here to meet him). They came in and cut down 2 of the 3 trees but left about 2 feet of stumps sticking up in yard. Said stump removal not part of his original quote. Said he could also cut down the 3rd tree, but it he could not do it for the original price quoted since it would take an extra man to climb tree and he hadn't considered that in his original quote. I told him to forget it. Paid him for 2 trees he cut down and agreed to disagree and move on. Would not use them again - there are much better services out there. <br />

They did an awesome job.  They were nice, professional and hardworking. <br />
