MF Bros Junk Removal and Moving LLC

THE MOVE ITSELF WAS OK-I HAD USED BRIAN BEFORE AND HAD NO ISSUES- WHICH IS WHY I USED HIM ON THIS MOVE (LARGER THAN ANY PREVIOUS WORK HE HAD DONE FOR ME). SINCE THE CHARGE WAS TO BE BILLED BY THE HOUR, WE HAD AGREED ON AN HOURLY RATE. AT THE END OF DAY, I WROTE A CHECK AND ASKED BRIAN TO EMAIL ME AN INVOICE (HE HAD NO PAPERWORK TO PROVIDE THEN AND THERE). HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD. SUBSEQUENTLY, I EMAILED, TEXTED AND SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE-EACH TIME HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD GET AN INVOICE TO ME. THE MOVE WAS AUGUST 22,2019. AS OF TODAY, JANUARY 15TH 2020- NO INVOICE. AFTER THE FIRST 5 OR 6 CONTACTS I MADE, HE NO LONGER RETURNS MY CALL, ANSWERS MY EMAIL OR RESPONDS TO MY TEXT. HAVING MOVED MY OFFICE, I WILL NEED DOCUMENTATION TO USE PART OF THE EXPENSE AS A BUSINESS EXPENSE. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED!

Brian was very prompt in his replies to my inquiries, asked clear questions to get the info he needed to give me an accurate estimate, was flexible with his schedule when we got rained out, and had a positive attitude when we were still slogging through mud puddles from torrential rain the day before. I really appreciate how professional he was and how quickly he got the job done! I should have taken a "before" picture, but I was very happy with the "after."

Crew worked non-stop to empty 60 years worth of materials. Worked right through lunch even to get the job done. It was hard hot, dirty work, but the team kept at it, and did a tremendous job. I would highly recommend MF Bros for any and all work !!!

Brian and his guys were great. They were on time and did a great job hauling all the trash and large items I needed to get rid of. The price was very reasonable and I would hire them again!

between weather and my being an hour away, had to re-schedule. then tenant showed and wanted to keep some of what I was trashing. Brian and his partner were professional and helpful. took half a day to totally fill their 20' box truck with everything - from furniture to old clothes to kitchen contents and room rugs...

Got an estimate within a day. Beat other estimates by Thousands !!! Job done with in 3 days of first contact. Very happy with removal job.

We were unsure how much of our junk they could take. We disassembled an old shed and were doing a lot of renovations. They arrived on time and told us that our nightmare of a trash pile was not a problem, they had a can-do attitude that was really appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Brian is a excellent businessman. I have used his services in the past. This time everything was perfect. Will use him again in the future. His pricing is fair, and he is punctual.

I could not do the work myself and struggled to find someone to help me. I found Brian here on Angie's List. He stopped by to look at the closets and we scheduled time for him to come out and do the work. He was on time and professional. Best of all he was patient with me and allowed me to go through a lot of items individually while I said keep, donate & he helped me find an old Fendi handbag that kind of got lost over the years. He filled up the truck and I followed him to Salvation Army where I got a receipt for over 30 bags of clothes, shoes, cookbooks etc. I will definitely hire Brian again and would recommend him if you simply need to de-clutter and and have less stress in your life. Yes, having 4 empty closets is a good feeling & knowing all those snow boots, winter coats, dresses, etc are going to someone who needs them instead of sitting in my closet is a good feeling too. Thank you Brian. I will be calling you again.

Very smoothly, professionally! They even found and saved a diploma, booklet and magnet that we had overlooked. Then they swept the basement. We liked that they will recycle and find uses for the stuff, or dispose responsibly.

I was very pleased with the service with MF Bros. They were quick to respond to every email, punctual and offered reasonable pricing. They were great to work with, very kind and worked hard and were very fast to finish the job. I will definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

They arrived on time, worked swiftly and were accommodating to requests to relocate furniture to different rooms and my need to reconsider whether some items would stay. They were generally very courteous. The only glitch was that the partners apparently did not communicate well ahead of time on how much work actually needed to be done. This affected the temperament of the onewho had not come for the estimate as he had anticipated being finished "a little early". They completed the work I required and an apology was sent after the fact, which I appreciate. I will consider using them again when the final cleanout is done.

Brian, Kevin, and Craig were terrific. They worked with me to get the right estimate for the job. They asked questions, made suggestions, and they were honest about potential issues. They agreed to take things to good will that were still useful and take things to the dump. They were very up-front and genial. There was no pressure. They came on the hottest days of the summer and didn't flag. They bagged and hauled things without a problem and were open to sorting with me-- cheerfully allowing me to adjust what stayed and what went. It took 2 days and the job was thoroughly, thoroughly done.

Brian and Kevin and their crew did a wonderful job! Not only did they move heavy equipment and tools from the basement, but they set up a staging area in the garage for those items that were being handed off to family and friends. They swept the basement (which had a LOT of sawdust) as well as cleaning up the upstairs hallway and the area leading to the garage after arranging things in the garage. Lastly they hauled away everything that we wanted to get rid of. They were all courteous, professional and the job was done ahead of the time estimate! We highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

These guys were a little late but once here they did a bang up job. very professional cant really put all blame on them for being late, they had to deal with shore traffic on a Saturday morning.

They were clean, courteous and on time. Cleaned out a very full basement and attic, reasonable pricing and great customer service.

The guys are very good at what they do. Pleasant to deal with. They took every thing without exception. I would recommend them to my family and friends or anyone that needs junk removed. Much of what we had was not really junk and they adjusted the cost accordingly. Very pleased.

Brian and Izzy were very efficient - - they moved quickly, and Izzy in particular managed to fit a LOT into the PODS by strategically placing furniture, boxes, etc. They also took furniture, shelving, and many bags of clothing and items to a donation center for me. Will be using them again!
