It took multiple trips and the owner was the one who eventually found the issue. On the plus side, I wasn't charged for all the trips and they ate the cost of one of the parts they installed. They are my 'go to' repair folks now.

Fast response on phone calls, seldom I had to leave a voicemail, my phone messages were always answered. I do appreciate it was easy to stay in contact. The part I needed was ordered over the phone without a prior visit to save time and a extra visit to my home. Price for service visit is reasonable.

My freezer had been leaking and I called MG Handy dandy and Mike the owner answered the phone. I explained the problem and he knew right away what was wrong and how to fix it. He arrived in 20 mins and took 15 mins to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Mike was very professional and nice to work with. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and showed up promptly. I appreciate that his service fee is as low as they get for this type of work. I believe he is an honest tradesman, and will hire him again if and when I have trouble with other appliances.

Mike and Chris are great!! Totally surpassed my expectations. Theyvinstalled my gas cooktop and electric inwall oven. Mike was working with his apprentice Chris throughout the installation. There is a mutual respect between the two them that is definitely passed on to their customers as well. They answered all of my questions thoroghly. I would totally hire them again!! Thank you so much for coming out on a Saturday!!

Our experience with this company was excellent the moment he entered our home he was pleasant. While inspecting our dryer he explained everything he was doing step by step gave us a reasonable quote. When the part arrived he came back the next day. It’s been a few weeks and the dryer is still working smoothly. Thank you Mike!

H-d did a great job from the beginning. Handy-dandy was the only company to personally call me on the same night that my refrigerator broke. All the other recommended companies emailed me the next day. Mike (Hd technician) was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very detailed. My refrigerator is now fixed and running properly. I believe H-d charged me a fair and reasonable amount for the repairs. Thank you Mike and H-d!

The technician, Mike responded to my work request immediately. I was extremely pleased with his promptness, professionality, thoroughness in diagnosing the problem and working toward getting my washer back up and running. Right now, he is waiting on a part and I have every confidence that once that is received he will have my washer back up and running. I would call Mike again in the future for any appliance need.

Mike was very professional and honest with us. Told us that part might not fix it, and if not don’t put anymore money into freezer. Part didn’t work. Mike could of ordered more parts and cost us up to $500. But, his honesty and professionalism told us he would just call it a loss. And, get a new freezer. I appreciate his honesty. I would definitely hire Mike again!
