We hired MH Construction for a kitchen renovation, and we are thrilled with their work! Mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. Mike kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, answering our questions and working out the design. He and his team were amazingly efficient, often getting more completed each day than we’d anticipated, and they were polite, professional, and always kept the work area clean and safe. They also went the extra mile and conscientiously fixed unexpected issues they found, including several smaller electrical and plumbing glitches. Best of all, we couldn’t be happier with the end product: our kitchen is beautiful and more functional than ever. We’ll recommend MH Construction to all of our friends, and we’d be delighted to hire them again in the future!

Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home in October of 2020 and our basement was completely unfinished at the time. We worked with Mike to create plans to add a bedroom, office, laundry room, family room, and an additional bathroom. During the project, we were so happy with Mike and his team that we asked if he would be able to help us with the upstairs as well. For the upstairs, MH contracting removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room, removed carpet in the bedrooms, updated two bathrooms with new tile and vanities, along with installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs. The wall was removed flawlessly and you would never know that there was a wall there. For the basement, they stabilized the stairs, installed completely new framing, fixed plumbing components that were not up to code from the previous owner, fully insulated and dry walled, painted, all new electrical and panel upgrades, added an egress window, and laid new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now completely finished with proper permits and fully passed inspections. Mike’s communication was great throughout the entire project and all of his team members were very polite, clean, and helpful. He kept us up to date on any material delays throughout the pandemic and set proper expectations. There were material delays that were out of Mike’s control so the projects took about four and a half months to complete but they were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We would absolutely recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends and family for any work you’re looking to have done to your home or business.

Mike and his crew from MH Contracting are an awesome group to have perform your work. <br /> <br /> I had MH bid <br /> our basement for a complete remodel.  They were one of three companies to give us bids. <br /> <br /> Part of our basement was unfinished; part was something we no longer wanted.  We wanted to make our basement into a master <br /> suite, moving our master bedroom from upstairs to downstairs.  Mike gave us a quote to complete aprox 1500 <br /> sq ft for $13k. <br /> <br /> They took an existing toy room and completely transformed it into a master suite.  Then they took out an old toilet and shower <br /> and completely moved all piping and plumbing applications to accommodate a new Master bathroom with a 72? soaker tub, private toilet and complete walk in Glass/tiled shower.  They put in a heated floor under the tile application in the master bathroom.  They replaced our basement egress windows with newer/ better functioning windows.  <br /> They had to cut and breakup the basement floor which was done with ease.  They regarded our drain tile in the basement as well since the older drain tile was crushed and not doing its job.  They were able to stop the water seepage which we?ve had occur for 15 years by fixing our drainage problems.  They also put in a new sump pump with a battery backup unit.  They built us a custom 150 sq ft walk in closet that is to die for. <br /> <br /> From the start, Mike was so easy to work with.  No deposit was required to get started on the project.  Everything was completed well beyond our expectations.  My wife and I changed the scope of the project several times during the process and Mike had no problem accommodating us for all of our requests. <br /> <br /> Mike was able to make all of the purchases for the items we wanted and there we no issues with this project.  It was completed on <br /> time and well worth every penny we spent.

MH Contracting is great to work with. My husband and I wanted to finish our basement with bathroom for some and had our own plans and ideas. Mike and his brother Scott worked with us on the plans and gave us many ideas that were better than what we had planed while keeping in our budget. The quote was very details as to what to expect. The crew was great to work with. Very professional, polite and very respectful of our home and also cleaned up every day after themselves. The remodel went according to the schedule. I am not able to put into words how beautiful my finished basement and bathroom is. It is beyond what we ever planned or hoped for. The products used were of great quality and the workmanship was perfection. Our bathroom layout that was suggested is much better and roomier that what we had planned. The finishes are so beautiful. We now spend more time and are very much enjoying our new living area, recreational area, bar and bathroom. We highly recommend MH Contracting. Mike, Scott and the crew were great to work with and produced such amazing results. MH Contracting is extremely trustworthy and their word and work is impeccable. I am proud to have found an outstanding contractor who is also a Veteran. MH Contracting is the only contractor I will call.

MH Contracting was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful for both projects completed. As overwhelming as having a basement, and kitchen remodeled could've been this company was always very patient, and professional. The work was never stalled. The men arrived, and worked diligently every day until all projects were completed. The attention to detail, and insight from the workers was astonishing. Working with this company made large, possibly stressful jobs much more tolerable. My kitchen was remodeled from floor to ceiling, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. My unfinished basement was entirely enclosed to include a laundry, and mechanical room. The rest of the basement is now livable, enjoyable family space that turned out more beautiful than I had imagined when the projects began. The work throughout is so precise, and on point. I could not help but notice throughout this process the attention to detail that the paid I am super happy with the work, and fully intend on using this company for any further renovations that may arise.

Mike and his men were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.  The Plumbing, electrical work, dry walling, and painting were completed competently and in a timely manner.  The project was managed and supervised  by Mike, who also performed some of the work.   In all, they were a super team---fine young men.  <br /> We are very pleased with the finished product.  The corner fireplace is  raised and built into the wall, adding ambiance.  The flooring is tile plank, that resembles wood, and looks great.  We have a built in closet and there is room in the utility room for a "fort" and toddler table and chairs, etc. under the stairwell.  Now, our lower level has a library, bar, rec room, storage room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom-----and our latest ALL PURPOSE room!  When we have an overflow of family, it will become our fifth bedroom.  <br /> We highly recommend  MH Contracting LLC.   <br />

Job went very well. They even picked the window up from the supplier at no extra charge. They spackled the window sill where it got scratched and offered to repaint the sill but I didn't have the paint. My only disappointment was they didn't clean the window but they are contractors not window washers.  John is a very professional young man who really knows what he is doing and Scott does what ever he can to make the customer happy. I asked for many bids for this job and they gave me the best price. I will definitely call them if I need another job done.
