Extremely well in a steady rain

They did a real good job. The only problem was leaving messages and not receiving and answer.

They never schedule a time to come. They just showed up. They were nice guys. They did not obtain the work permits to perform the work. They did not provide me with a copy of their insurance. They did first part and told me they would finish up when they lay the gravel. The were late to meet the gravel guy. The gravel was dumped over the unfinished area. While moving the gravel he used his bobcat to drive off a 4 inch dip of the side of my asphalt driveway destroying. He did tell my wife that he didn't want to keep going that way because it was damaging my driveway. I was not here to question the damage done. After I saw the damage I thought it would be a patch job but after talking with a well known company they told me the damage was not repairable. I did contact MH&D to get their insurance information and the guy asked me send him pictures. He then told me that he would come out with someone they know. I took it this person was going to tell me that I'm wrong and they are not responsible. The more I explained why they were liable and kept asking for insurance the more the direction of this conversation started to take a turn and he was telling me how a lawyer told him its not his vault. And he would talk to a judge. Know I left filing a claim with my insurance company or paying for the damages out of pocket. I gave him every opportunity to work with me on making this right they did not. My background and law enforcement and business tell me these guys are lying about their experience and the reviews that Angie List has about them is coming from friends. I will no longer use Angie's List again for it does not protect you from people who claim to be professionals that are not. Now I left filing complaints with the county and state.

Excavate backyard for a pond

Very professional and excellent work. Quick and outstanding quality. Have already referred them to several other people. We would like to have more work done in the future and will definitely use their services.

They did a great job. They were professional. They did fantastic job.The price was fair. They did really good.

The job got done. They originally said it would be done in a day. It took them 2 days. They never showed up on time. Would be told they were coming around 10am and they should up at 2pm. Communication was not their strong point. The price was a little higher than I was expecting. But it was fair. They did a good job with what they were asked to do. I wish it was a little more cleanly done. But it looks ok.
