Very polite and helpful, replaced a few missing shingles with some I had in the garage, and caulked a lot of seams and valleys that needed some work. Very polite and I appreciated the detail in their repair.

Roof repair and handyman work was great. They showed up on time and were experienced with the work they were hired to do. I live in an older mobile home andI have several other things I'd like done but after several weeks of trying to get quotes and work scheduled I am giving up. I liked the staff members I met, they were friendly and serious about doing a good job. However, I have to assume they lack experience in some areas of interior construction at least on mobile homes.

They seemed to show up on a pretty random basis even before it started getting really cold out. They did finish the roof and it appears they did a fine job but they didn't clean anything up. I'm still pulling pieces of roofing out of everything in the garage and I can't even begin to tell you how many roofing nails I've stepped on. Thankfully the sole of my shoes is slightly thicker than the roofing nail, unfortunatly my dog wasn't as lucky when she stepped on one since they're all over the front and back yards. Some of this was due to the snow but I've tried to call them numerous times in the last 11 months and they never return calls. If you do have them come over make sure they clean up before they leave or don't expect them to ever come back and clean up the disaster they'll leave you with.

"We did this job with 6 inch of snow on the ground, and furthermore the customer did not follow our contract they were supposed to pay me when I was done it took them 3 months to pay me the remaining balance. Also they were really hard to get ahold of the office staff would call them and it usually would take between three and four days for them to get back to us this makes it hard for us to schedule, its our busy season and we have to be able to get ahold of people and put them on the schedule. We would have gladly gone back out and picked up any debris left after the snow melted. We are even willing now to go out and run a magnet around his yard"

Prompt contact and set appointment within 2 days. Jason was knowledgeable and efficient, and went beyond the contract to set and caulk nail heads, fireplace chase, and even swept the roof! This company does all contracting services in addition to roofing, so they will be a valuable resource going forward.

The crew that came in did a good job and cleaned up fairly well, and the price was reasonable so we were happy. The reason I gave only 3 stars is because we had some other work we needed done and got a quote and then it never happened. We had difficulty getting a response and when we did hear from them, nothing was ever actually accomplished. We tried and tried to communicate with them and get the job done but now my husband is stuck doing the work himself which he doesn't really have time for.

I am so disappointed I want to cry. This took months! We were often left for days or weeks with no contact or activity. My front door barely closes. The siding still does not line up with my old siding. The windows are finally set evenly but all the framing is crooked. I didn't want them to insulate or drywall because that was to be done in the next step of the project. I did ask them to get it ready to drywall however. We have hours and hours of work to get it ready. Still don't have a complete subfloor or a handrail for our deck. The positivity worse part of this whole thing however is the dark brown caulk they put all over the new siding, that is not dark brown. It looks likes there is poo all over my siding. They were told over and over I wanted clean and neat. It is neither if these things! They knew I had no intention of painting for two-three years! I also asked them to get more if the siding so the next phase of remodel would match. They were not responsive! I paid them within 48 hours of the job being finished. We were treated badly, the work is shoddy and took twice as long as it should have. I also so sad. So much to say about this I just can't even talk about it. I don't know how big a project will be treated with respect but over $14 thousand I was sure should be! I can't believe I spent that kind of money to have poo all over my house! I so hope others don't have to experience this pain.

"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you feel upset. Mike meet with you several times and he would ask if everything was up to your standards, you told him what was wrong and he would fix it. He then would ask again and you said it looked good. Mike also said the framing wouldn't be completely level do to the house being old and uneven, as for the siding we did tell you it wouldn't completely match because you have 10 in metal, witch they do not make anymore. Mike said we had hardy plank siding and he would try and match the metal and hardy plank the best he could. You told him that you were okay with that because you were going to replace the metal siding in a few years with hardy plank siding. Mike had informed you that we were extremely busy and short on people. You did tell him you were fine with that. Also due to the extreme weather we had a lot of emergency we had to deal with you also were okay with that. I did try and have one of the guys come out to put a railing up, but you declined that. We would be happy to come and fix whatever issue needed. Once again I'm sincerely sorry for any problems that have upset you."

Very punctual, knowledgeable. I don't think anyone would be able to tell where the patches are. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The project went really well. The crew on it was very professional and very friendly. They took great care in making sure that none of my landscaping was damaged while working on the job. I will be using them in the future for other projects.

Michael worked with me to create the bathroom my wife and I have been dreaming of for several years now, even with our minimal budget. The employees were quite, well mannered and all together worked as a fantastic team. The job was done very quickly and we were completely satisfied with the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
