I hired Mike to clean my roof and install zink strips across the ridge. cleaning was what I expected and acceptable but he ran out of zinc and came short of finishing the job. I called him and he said he would return in the spring and finish it. it's July and he didn't. the work was done in the fall.

"Yep, Here's your sign,,, 1st mistake don't give price over phone 2nd sign,, be leary of home owner coming home and ducking out on paying invoice. Pull in garage, won't answer door. Do not insert foot in mouth and tell home owner that if need be you will come back in spring. My phone records clearly say no such call and my experience with roof cleaning is that you can't please a home owner that has paid 15 grand for a roof that needs cleaned to be happy."

Great in every way. My flat roof was leaking and in a panic I contacted Service Magic by email. Within ten minutes, Michael Seitz responded by phone. He came to my house within an hour to assess the problem. One day later, he and two crew members arrived and installed my new rubber roof, using top quality materials and paying close attention to installation, including running the rubber up over the back edge of rain gutter to prevent ice dam issues. I am impressed with Michael Seitz's promptness, professionalism, and the quality of workmanship. Excellent job, reasonable fee.

Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Very prompt response to request for service. Came out same day for estimate and had the job completed in a very proffesional manner the very next day. He even advised about potetial problems with other parts of the roof but did not "pressure" us to have him do the extra work. Left job site clean and hauled away all debris. I would not hesitate to reccommend him for any roofing job.

Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
All work was done exceptionally well. The estimate was very terse, so I had to email back for more definition, from which I received a timely and adequate response. Very thorough installation, went the extra mile to see that I was totally satisfied. Michael has earned my respect and confidence. The weather would not stop raining. Mike's crew came in and did the tear off, replaced some plywood, replaced my 4 skylights, and installed shingles on my house and garage in 12 hours because we finally got a nice day. His crew was courteous and did an excellent job cleaning up. Even though the ground was very wet, I could not tell they were ever at my house. He came back and installed new gutters and screens. Excellent work and a job well done. Unbelievable.
