BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I met with Michael Gary on 10/1/19 at my home to review a large tree we had previously met and talked about . Mr. Gary agreed to cut my tree down so I gave him $1000 and he gave me a receipt for the money exchange . On 10/02/2019 I called Mr. Gary that morning around 11:00 and he didn't answer so I texted him and asked why hasn't he started on cutting the tree down and to call me back with a definite answer of when he was available to start. He replied Sorry You're in good hands I'm getting new chains and tune ups on my saws so the job will be hassle free . They will be ready for pickup this evening so we can get started at 10 am . I replied thanks for the update . On 10/03/2019 I and texted Mr. Gary and still haven't gotten a response. I ended up going through another contractor and the tree was removed on 10/06/2019. I still haven't gotten in contact with Mr. Gary. He took my money and didn't perform the service I paid for. LISTEN TO ME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON !!!!! I HAVE LOST MY MONEY TRUSTING THAT AS A PROFESSIONAL HE WOULD PERFORM A JOB AFTER TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR CLIENT. THIS WHOLE INCIDENT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. MICHEAL IF YOU READ THIS PLEASED REFUND ME MY MONEY OF $1000 THAT YOU TOOK FROM ME .

Micheal was excellent. He took care of all issues. He will do what is needed to get job done. I am very happy with services. prices are very affordable. I will use Micheal's Tree Assocation every Spring for my property.
