The carpet cleaner showed up...an hour late. He did call saying he was 10min away (and arrived 20min later). I would not call what was performed a carpet cleaning so much as a “dirt moving.” The carpet cleaning technician used a handheld vacuum for a bit and then sprayed a bunch of chemicals all over the carpet. He then proceeded to use a rotating disc scrubber (the kind you see used on a tile floor at the local elementary school) in each of the rooms, which worked up the dirt and chemicals to a fine lather. He then declared he was done, asked for payment, and departed. How one claims to “clean” a carpet without using any kind of suction is beyond me and must require some kind of dark magic I am unfamiliar with. Upon her arrival home my wife says: “what’s that smell? It smells like mildew in here?” So now, I need to schedule an ACTUAL carpet cleaner to come and remove the nasty that has now simply been spread all over my carpets much to the schafrin of an angry wife. Oh, and they charge an additional 6% fee to use a credit card. Will NOT be doing business with again!!

First of all, we don't use any kind of chemicals whatsoever. Everything we use is bio-degradable, odorless & colorless. Secondly, If you weren't satisfied, why didn't you tell the tech? Or call the office. Why did you pay? WE OFFER 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. So if we were the ones who did the job, there's absolutely no reason to pay if you're not satisfied. We stand behind our service. If you feel the service was not up to par, we won't take your money...No hassles. Even after the tech leaves, and you see something you're not satisfied with, we'll go back and fix it. Or we will give you back 100% of what you paid. Also, we don't charge any additional fees for paying by credit card. So I'm very confused...What company are looking for? Carpet cleaning was great. They did a real nice job, quick and efficient. They were very easy to communicate with and gave me a heads up before showing up. Definitely recommend these guys if you need your carpet cleaned.

Excellent! Stains from prior renter were removed from the carpet and we ended up with a much brighter, cleaner carpet! We purchased a special 6 room package through Angie’s, then we added stairs and a protective spray on our heaviest travel areas.

This job went extremely well. Michelangelo enterprises was professional, courteous, prompt, and honest. We had our job scheduled and completed within one week of purchasing the Angie's list deal. They were courteous and friendly on the phone setting up appointment. The men arrived when scheduled and the work was complete within a couple hours. We added stairs and a hallway and sitting room. The additional cost was very fair. I was aware of the $2/stair charge that was not part of the coupon and this was money well spent! In a house with 3 teenagers, 3 dogs and 3 cats, I never expected to have my carpets look new again! And they do, thanks to the fine work of Michelangelo Enterprises! Worth noting is this is a locally based company in the Northern Virginia area, so I made sure to read only prior reviews that seemed valid to this carpet cleaning company from Fairfax, Virginia.

They do a fabulous job. The carpets seem to stay cleaner after they are here. I have two dogs and two cats. They get out all of the spots and smells out due to the animals. Great job!!

The lawn aeration service provided by Michelangelo Enterprises was excellent and fully met my expectation. Other companies have aerated my lawn but none did as complete a job as Michelangelo Enterprises. Multiple plugs were removed from all areas of the lawn and the driveway and sidewalks cleaned of all dirt resulting from the work. After completing the service the technician explained the work performed and provided follow up actions I should take to get the best results from the service. The cost was very competitive when compared against other quotes I received. The quote and arranging the service was all handled via email. The company responded to all my emails in a timely manner and provided excellent details regarding the company and services to offered. They are currently offering to honor the quoted price for five years after using a service which I consider a significant benefit. I will be using Michelangelo Enterprises again in the future. <br />

David came out to do a gutter cleaning. Our house is surrounded by huge trees, and the amount of leaf fall we get is heavy. Our gutters are open - no cover system - and we hadn't had gutter cleaning all fall, including after Hurricane Sandy. <br /> After a very personable conversation with David, he went up to the roof and did his work. There was a mess EVERYWHERE from all the leaves that had built up, many of which had decayed and turned into crumbling mud. Unlike other companies that have come out to clean our gutters, David went around and not only cleaned up everything he blew out of the gutters, but also blew the leaves off of our walkways, decks, and long driveways all the way down to the road. <br /> He had the entire job done in less than an hour, and it looked great! We're considering hiring the company for additional lawn services and leaf removal. I couldn't be happier with the service we got. <br />

John came to my house and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was very professional and explained the process he used to my satisfaction. He arrived on the day agreed upon for the cleaning at time appointed and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend him.
