We used them for several years and they hired a person who stole jewelry - took my engagement ring, a diamond necklace, and all the jewelry my grandfather had brought back from China during WW!! So sad because Alan is a nice guy. I'm pretty sure they are out of business now

Didn't show up on time. Scratched the dishwasher door which I ended up replacing at my own expense.

Communication with the business owner was challenging; nonetheless, five lovely women descended upon my house and performed their magic for a bit more than an hour. I was impressed at how organized they were and how quickly they sized up the task at hand. I sincerely enjoyed having them in my home.

They were very good and pleasant

They did a great job for the price and helped a lot with the bathroom, which was much needed. They even left a coupon for a percentage off for next time. I would hire them again.

It was good at the beginning, and then he sent out the workers. Michael, or whoever owns the company didn't show up. They left halfway through the job, because the time was up, and they have another appointment. They were not concern. I quit using them. They were good up until the last time. That was because the owner of the company was not there. Since he was not there, they just left. The price was pretty reasonable. It was a bad experience the last time. Price was excellent. The quality was lousy. They show up on time. They leave early. When the owner is there he is very professional. When he is not there, its very unprofessional.

She waited too long for the team's arrival, and found their deep cleaning services to be lacking as described above.

They did a great job. Very thorough. The inside of the oven was spotless. I have  never been able to get it that clean myself!

The cleaning goes well. My only real complaint is communicating with the owner about scheduling. The team doesn't have a consistent schedule and the owner often changes my appointment on the day of the cleaning. That said, I've been able to ask for a different cleaning time when my schedule changes and he will rearrange the schedule.

Initial scheduling went badly- I kept talking with a gentleman and he kept promising to call me back once he had his schedule book but after waiting several days each time I finally called him back- I was almost ready to ask for a refund but we finally got it scheduled. The ladies showed up exactly on time and ready to work. Due to medical reasons I cannot be exposed to strong cleaning smells and left the house for appts all day. I was very pleased with the cleaning they did do (including most baseboards) but not wiping down the door panels bummed me out (I didn't specifically ask them for that so that may have been the problem). The ladies did a great overall job and I would definitely have them back. I have never had cleaners in my house before and this was definitely a pleasant experience and most fumes were aired out before I got home.

They were just fine. The only reason I had to move on to someone else. They were unable to give me an specific time with our schedule. We couldn't get an open to anytime during an certain day. The service they did a great job cleaning the house. Really it was great. With them for three years. Their price is very competitive. The quality we are always pleased with. Always good, we were always pleased with our home after each cleaning, and that we would recommend them. They were there, three ladies came, so in an hour.

I purchased their offer for a deep clean of the whole house. It took a bit to get it scheduled because he had some difficulty with his phone, but it was easy to communicate and they kept their scheduled time and day. The team arrived and got right to work. They didn't miss anything! Every door molding, baseboard, even every knickknack was wiped down and cleaned. (and we have A LOT of knickknacks!) They even cleaned on top of bookcases and other furniture. It was quick and efficient! I am already more relaxed in my home! Who doesn't want that?

This was the 2nd time i used them and will continue to use them in the future, my only issue this time was they were late but

We are going to use them again, I think. My wife is having them come over today to look into them providing services on the long term for us. They came out very promptly after contact. They did the work twice for $99. <br /> <br /> We have a huge place, it?s 5,000 square feet. They didn?t really want to do it for that and I don?t blame them. The special was a special, but it wasn?t something that they were prepared to do on a regular basis, nor should they have.  <br /> <br /> They did excellent work. That is what they did was clean. They were all fine, professional, all fine. My wife works with them, I didn?t. I know that she is having him come over right now to talk about working on a long-term basis. So, I assume that she was satisfied or she would be contacting other ones.  

Excellent! They did a wonderful job. They did everything I needed and then some. Fast, responsive and professional. The only negative is that they came an hour earlier than scheduled without calling first. It was great because we were home but we might not have been. Again, wonderful job and we will use them again.

They missed a few windows, which i had asked them to focus on, and put our trash in the recycle bin, but other than that they did a good job in a short amount of time.

It went very well. They were efficient and quick.

I did not even get a basic cleaning. My house did not even smell clean after they finished. I was pretty disappointed with the service. They were supposed to clean my blinds and ceiling fans, and they did not. They only dusted the furniture and rails and mopped the floor where they could see. I had to clean my own shower floor and door (which took me all of 30 minutes) because they just sprayed and wiped and it did not look like they did anything at all. The deal I purchased did not indicate a timeframe but it did provide a complete list of what they would clean. I was very impressed with the list, but would have been more impressed if they had even done half of the items on the list in the right way. As soon as the team got to my house one of the women immediately said they would only clean for 5 hours, which meant the four of them would clean for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I showed them the list from the deal I purchased and I told them it did NOT say anything about 5 hours and if they could clean all of that in the 5 hours, I would be fine with that. As long as they clean all that is on the list. The one woman who said it was only for 5 hours of cleaning did not even look at the list I was trying to show her. I am pretty sure they were in a hurry to get out the door in the 5 hours. But they did stay over 2 hours. Also, I sent pictures to the owner of the shower and then I cleaned a corner of the shower in 3 minutes and sent him another picture of the area I cleaned and told him it could have been done if they had done more than just spray and wipe. The owner did try to make up for it by saying he would give us 2 free hours of cleaning 'when they get time'. Been over 2 weeks and I have not seen them yet. I typically do not do this kind of thing (lodge a complaint like this), but it is very irritating to pay for something that you do not get. I did wait 2 weeks before typing this report. I know the price was excellent if I had gotten what I paid for, but the whole idea of providing this kind of deal is to grow your business. Sad thing about this is that I was (and still am) looking for a permanent cleaning service. Sorry to say it will not be this company. I am pretty sure that we are not going to get our free 2 hours of cleaning. Although at this point (and after this report) I will refuse the offer.

The certificate stated I had 6 months to use it, however the owner kept emailing me until I agreed to an appointment even though I didn't want to use the service yet. The cleaning ladies arrived 35 minutes early which was a huge inconvenience. They did a great job on the areas that were cleaned however they did not do the basement. I have a 3000 sf house and the deal purchased was for 3500 sf, so without including the basement (or the master at my request) they essentially cleaned about 1600 sf. Yet at the end I was told I owed them an extra $100 because it was too much work. I read other reviews that stated something similar but only after I paid. I would not recommend this company. I feel completely taken advantage of.

The maid service was efficient,polite,and friendly. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the work and speed in which it was done. I was concerned from reading other reviews about them sending 4 ladies and not getting the deep cleaning desired. The deal was for 4 hours of cleaning. They sent 4 ladies which reduced the time to 1 hour. I was prepared to have only the most important to me accomplished. However, they finished everything I wanted.

Went well but 3 ladies do not speak much English so tell manager on the phone any special requests before they get there.
