Tried contacting on several occasions to fix minor issues with the work they had done. Text unanswered, calls unanswered and then no-showed us several times too. I finally threatened small claims court to get a resolution and got an immediate call back. Fast forward a month or so after last issue that they came out to “fix” and we have a whole new problem...paint bubbling on an area of the tile and discoloration as if it wasn’t glazed/sealed properly. After couple texts, they responded that they’d be here Sunday after 1pm. It’s 7 pm, no call, no show from this guy. My husband has called several times with no response. Unfortunately we will probably end up in small claims court for any type of amicable resolution. I wouldn’t recommend this “company” to anyone.

GREAT! My bathroom was that ugly black and green tile. When they finish it was a beautiful pearly white gloss tile finish. It look so clean and fresh. I love the way my bathroom looks now.

Brian's team did an excellent job. The refinisher was on time, completed the job as promised 3-4 hours depending on level of difficulty cleaning the existing tub. Everything was cleaned up and all trash taken away. He even caulked the tub so that i had nothing remaining to do. I would not hesitate hiring Michigan Bathtub Refinishing again and will recommend them to my family and friends

Michigan Bathtub Refinishing did an such an excellent/outstanding job that the this old worn out tub looks brand new. I had hired a different company in the past, Michigan Bathtub's price was comparable but their work was superior. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.

Brian and his crew are great. Professional, curtious, caring, and take pride in doing the best job that they can do. Experience was quite refreshing being that the attitude for good workmanship is not what it use to be these days. This crew will take you back to the good ole days when quality meant something. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of work.

It went great. They were excellent workers, the owner came by and checked twice. There was a small issue and he made sure it was corrected on the spot. Immediate service, very polite and very professional. We're very happy with their follow-up.
