Do not use this company. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. We agreed upon a price over the phone. When the job was done, they tried to raise the price by over $100. When I went to inspect the “completed” job, I found the following: - Cut open, unpatched holes all over my ducts with air blowing out of them. - The furnace filter left on the floor and not put back in the furnace. -The gas to the furnace was turned off. These three things tell me that the team did not even check to see if the furnace was working properly before leaving the job. When I asked for my money back, they gave me such a hard time and I barely got any sort of discount. Do not let these people in your home.

"Well Sir when you booked your job we asked you if you would like your Dryer vent cleaned as well. that was the added on price. Unfortunately miscommunication between the rep whom you spoke with wasn't passed on to our invoicing/scheduled department which we got solved for you. We don't pretend to be perfect but we do strive to do our best. We had scheduled someone to come and correct the unplugged holes the next day and discuss everything with you. You didn't want us too. We did our best to accommodate you and we did give you an additional discount. unfortunately like i said here we aren't perfect we are human and we sometimes make mistakes, Mistakes that we try to rectify so it never happens again. You Air ducts, Furnace were cleaned out thoroughly. We did ask for a new filter so we could put it in and my understanding was they left the old one that was dirty so you could see the difference. as for your gas line valve being shut off the only reason sir for that happening from my cleaners was possibly the tool bag straps may of caught it and shut it off that they send their apologies for as they ( we) never shut off Gas valves. The holes should of been plugged, that we apologize for and were attempting to resolve that issue as we discussed once again thank you for your review"

After setting my appointment with Kevin, his crew of Lewis and Fred arrived on time and we’re very professional. They took some before and after internal photos of the ducts to a home we just purchased. My wife has allergies and pet dander is pretty high on her list...the amount of pet hair found in the before photos was incredible, after the cleaning was done, not a trace of hair. They also recommended a good filter to use and next time to service ducts. Highly recommend Michigan Home Comfort...thanks guys!

My house is an early 1900's home. Since moving in some years back we never have had the air ducts cleaned. We contacted Michigan Home Comfort in Lansing Mi and the process from start to finish was very easy. They sent in a three man crew to do the job, it was very extensive work. They were well dressed, nice and professional throughout. They spent about three hours here at my home and they showed me before and after pictures. The air quality in our home is much better now and less dusty to say the least. I would recommend them for sure to anyone.
