Free Concrete Inspections and Repair Estimates are provided promptly and professionally. MI Concrete Lifting Inc provides a transferable 3 year warranty on all Lifting and Caulking projects! Reliable referrals can also be provided for brick repair, tuck pointing, brick pavers, landscaping, exterior drains, garage floor epoxy / polyurethane, foundation repair and lifting.

Jeff gave me an estimate which was reasonable. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and listened to my concerns.
He offered another option for fixing the problem which will provide a permanent fix

Rob and Hunter did a fantastic job. We had a large trip hazard on our pool deck caused by sinking concrete. They did great work and cleaned up like they were never there. It was very reasonably priced. Thanks for doing such a great job! Give them a call if you need your concrete lifted.

We had the driveway seams caulked. Most of the work looked good, but some areas did not. We were told to wait until the spring and recontact them. We did, and someone came out while we were at work and took a look at the seams. Per the company, everything looks fine and there is nothing to fix. We tried to contact them again, as there are parts collecting debris and pulling away from the cement. Nothing has been corrected at this time. Original job completed Early Oct 2023.

Of all the people that left bids this expert found a void under another adjacent slab. Our driveway is patterned concrete and the look could never be matched with a replacement slab. Knowledgable, articulate, and wore a mask when asked.

This job went much better than I could have ever imagined! Rob and his wife were very friendly, honest, professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Rob explained the job in detail before it started and it went just as planned. When finished, they cleaned up the garage floor and left it looking great. The 20' x 9' cement slab had dropped 3" in one corner and there was a crack across it. When they finished, both slabs were level and it looked great! I would recommend them highly! For the last couple of years I've noticed my driveway slabs lifting, cracking and separating, I was going to get them replaced until I noticed MI Concrete Lifting's truck. I stopped and asked what their services included and was very interested when I found out that not only could my driveway be leveled, but the cracks and joints would be filled with caulk. The level of quality and care I've received from this company speaks volumes. They have great prices, an excellent warranty and superior customer service! I could not recommend them enough!
