Not good. Was charged for materials and labor that was not done. Jeff would not show up or communicate with me for weeks at a time. Had to hire someone else to finish project after many promises to come correct the issues.

He was very responsive when I hired him to replace the tile in our master bathroom. He did the work while we were out of town for a long weekend. We selected porcelain tile and he suggested epoxy rather than regular grout which we agreed to (and paid for). The only issue was a a "nick" in my vanity top which he said he would fix. I had also asked him to replace a couple of cracked tiles in the shower in the master bathroom. When he pulled off the cracked tiles he discovered that the backing was extremely wet. He would need to replace the tile in the entire shower. I told him then to use the same tile we used for the floor because I didn't want to be without our shower for very long. (My husband had back surgery not long ago, and it was difficult for him to go downstairs and step into the tub in order to shower.). He indicated that he would do the demolition while he was waiting for the tile. I didn't hear from him for over 2 weeks. When he finally came to do the demolition he discovered additional issues behind the tile. To be fair, the job turned out to be more complicated than was first thought. However, he would not show up or communicate with me for weeks at a time. We had to get a plumber involved because the tile we selected was thicker than the tile that was originally in the shower. The plumber helped supervise Jeff's work and had to get a carpenter involved because the new wall Jeff put up was not square and wasn't sturdy enough to not give way if someone fell into it. After almost 12 weeks without use of our shower he completed the work late one night. The plumber came the next day to install the plumbing fixtures and noticed several issues ... The tile in the corner was so close together that grout couldn't get in there, the holes for the plumbing were so large that the trim for the fixtures did not cover them, there were areas on the floor that weren't completely filled with grout, and one of the corner shelves was cracked. (I've attached some pictures.). I contacted Jeff and he told me he would take care of everything. The last time I heard from him was October 27 (over a month after I had last contacted him) saying he would be here soon. I asked him to tell me where he got the grout/epoxy, the brand and the color so that I could go buy some and hire someone else to finish his work. He wouldn't provide that information. I finally had someone dig some of the grout out and took it to the tile store and they were able to match it. Now I know why he wouldn't provide the information I asked for ... he used regular grout and not the epoxy he charged me over $1700 for! And, of course, he didn't fix the nick in my vanity.

I was very pleased. They are extremely good with the tile. They can do a lot of detail with tile if you want it done. When we used him for flooring he was new with wood flooring but has been doing it since our job, three years ago.

These guys hit a tight time frame and worked late at night to accomplish all the tasks. No need for any return trips
