They are doing a good job, nothing they can do differently. They come when you call them.

They are pretty responsive.

I thought the work had been done properly. However, this issue came up again recently and I was told by another vendor hired by property management company that the work described in the invoice was not actually done. Specifically, I was told that the exclusions to the vents were not in place. As a result, I had to hire another company to perform this same work.

great, as usual. we originally purchased an annual pest control deal from them in 2011. we have continued to renew this each year. they always call to remind us that it is time to spray again. if we need/want them to come inside, we call to make the arrangements. otherwise, they come by and spray the exterior, leaving a receipt of service completed. all communication has been friendly and courteous. <br />

Last year, it made an amazing difference. I had lots of mosquitoes and other little bugs in the yard. Immediately after they sprayed, that was corrected. The first time they sprayed this year, they came and it rained about two hours later. It kind of washed it off but they came back abut a week ago. It's effective. It keeps the mosquitoes and other biting stuffs away. I think it's kind of expensive. The quality is excellent.

I don't have any problems. They did the job excellent. I would probably use them in the future.

I got them from Angie's List. I would recommend them. They do what they are contracted to do and I am satisfied with them. They do excellent work. Their price is a little higher.

<p>Scott is excellent.  Arrived on time - took him about 5 minutes to locate the dead animal and another 15 minutes to get into the attic and remove it.  Very Professional, great communication skills,  and knows what he is doing.  Great service.  When I called and requested service - I was explained how they work and that they would provide a quote once they could determine what needed to be done and were very upfront that there was no guarantee that it could be accomplished that day/evening.  I will definitely use them again.</p> <br />

The representative arrived early for the appointment which was great. He was quickly able to identify what type of ant we had in our home and where they were getting into the house. He sprayed our yard and the interior of the home. We got instructions on how to clean around the solution that was sprayed to ensure it continued to kill ants for the next few weeks. It has been a month and we haven't had any ant issues. I was very happy with the service and loved that there was a non toxic solution used since we have a baby crawling around. I would definitely use them again. <br />

requested service since we thought we had a squirrel stuck in the chimney, a technician came the same day to check the chimney, determined that no squirrel or other critter was stuck in the chimney and offered to check the attic as well - no charge for this; we had previous problems with birds and squirrels getting into the chimney and then the fireplace.  we did not have the technician check the attic at this first visit.  the technician informed us that they could screen off the chimney cap to prevent entry by animals and birds.  we immediately scheduled this service for the following week with the technician that checked the chimney.  in the interim we continued to hear scratching in the chimney, on the day of the scheduled service one technician checked the attic for infestation while the other technician began the work on the "exclusion to chimney."  we did not have any critters in the attic, nesting materials were found in the top of the chimney.  we have a two story home and entry to the attic is small.  the technicians were efficient and helpful (even taking down a wasp nest).  this was a pleasant experience and would definitely use this company again. <br />

The technician was prompt, professional, personable and polite.  He inspected our bushes and trees and made recommendations for treatment that we could do with little to no cost.   <br /> Once the inspection was completed, he provided an estimate for an organic application for interior and exterior general pest control reminding us that organic products lose potency when it rains.   <br /> We knew about the limitations of organic treatments but we try not to add toxins to the environment so we purchased the exterior and interior general pest treatment. <br />

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. The treatments seem to work for about a week each time. They did ware off easily. One technician came out for the service and completed each treatment in about 30 minutes. The technician was very accommodating. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the deal.

Matthew my service provider then a great job of ensuring that I understood every step of the process exactly what he was doing and the results I should expect over time.  We had a very detailed conversation regarding pest prevention and what is currently being used today as prevention methods.   <br /> I would highly recommend Mid Cities pest control service to Angieslist members. <br />

<p>The service providers were nice, professional and on time.  Everything went well except the product did not work.  Mosquitoes never left the property.  </p> <p>A week later I had to spray the yard myself with an insect spray that I purchased at Home Depot.  I had used the product in years past and knew it worked.  Mosquitoes were gone the next day.</p> <p>The service included two additional sprayings.  I went ahead and had them perform the spraying.  Same results.</p> <p>Nice guys but I'm sorry I cannot recommend their service.</p> <br />

Things were fair, nothing great. They're very friendly but they need to be a little more thorough in what they do.

<p> The problem was the ants in my pantry. They explained the only way to really get at the source of the problem was to clean out the pantry and wipe down all the shelves as well as putting out baits. They were right.</p> <p>We also had them repair places where the squirrels were chewing on wood siding and soffits.  It looks great.</p> <br />

They do a great job!  No problems with insects inside the house when they treat <br />

They are very responsive and professional. Throughout this first year of contract they were always responsive when needed. The initial treatment was focused on getting rid of spiders and wasps that were all around the house I had just bought. Service was very good and took care of the issues. Whenever I needed to deal with a specific new pest that showed up they were always very responsive and provided service quickly. Their team is very professional and pleasant to deal with. <br /> They are for sure not the cheapest company around. If you shop you will find cheaper options, but nothing beats their quality and responsiveness. After evaluating the options I decided to renew with them even though I had lower bids from other providers. <br />
