Midas contacted me with in 30 minutes of putting in a request and was on site the next day. They not only found the problem but had it fixed with in hours and then they checked the rest of the roof to make sure there where not any other problems. They were extremely professional & kept me appraised of exactly what they were doing and what needed to be done. i would also like to say that i contacted 3 other companies and had to leave messages concerning this leaking roof and it is 5 days later I still have not been contacted by them.
