I pointed out several things and he was only equipped to do one thing.  Was there about 30 minutes and said we could transfer coupon to next service.  Left several messages to schedule another service shortly after and we never heard back. Electrician was fine, but customer service is not that great.  Will not be using this company in the future. <br />

Provided a written list of items that should be attended to. Such things as a new smoke detector and gfi circuit. This is a  good service to ensure your house is up to code as the building codes do change over time. <br />

Overall, I rate this provider 'good'. The scheduler was extremely professional and responsive, even patient. I had to reschedule the appointment several times because parts that I ordered didn't come in on time. The lighting was installed properly. My reasons for not giving an Excellent or A is that the landscape lights are not perfectly straight and the installers broke one of our new mounting posts and didn't offer to pay for or replace them. We also noticed later that one of the spotlights' screw casings was broken, but not mentioned to us. We spent a bit more than expected, but the job was completed on time and in workable condition. I would hire them again, but would oversee/manage the process more closely. <br />

They had to knock out part of the interior wall to pull the wiring through. Everything looks great. Nice and professional. Had a hard time getting in touch with the office at times. But will use them again. <br />

Tim checked my electrical panel to make sure it was up to date, replaced a broken fuse and checked a circuit line to determine why a circuit kept breaking. I only had to pay additional for the part. The service went very well.

Technicians came out promptly as scheduled and replaced the old panel with a new panel and ran the outside lines for the new service drop.  Did a good job.  They mentioned as they were leaving that they would have to come back to hook up the new service once the power company came out.  After that, never  heard anything from them after leaving many voicemail messages.  I called the power company and they said that the work needed to be inspected before the new meter could be installed.  I do not think the company pulled a permit (at least I did not see one) and I cannot get one as a homeowner, so have to  hire another electrician to pull one, check their work, call for inspection, etc.  The company has since changed its name to Ally Homes it appears, so maybe the transition screwed things up for them and their customers.  Maybe the company was sold.  Not sure. <br />

This was Mid Atlantic at the time. Made the purchase in November and the appointment for the quote wasn't until first week of January. There was very slow response but once the job moved forth it was completed in a timely manner. The men who did the work were great. Did a terrific job <br />

The service tech was prompt, clean, and did an excellent job to fit all three projects into the two hour window. I would definitely use the company again, except that it's now confusing to determine if they're Ally Homes or Mid Atlantic Electric! <br />
