I had the clapboard front and all the trim of my house painted. Fernando, and his crew of three, were among the most conscientious workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Preparation and painting were done to the most minute detail. Care was taken to protect plantings and shrubbery, and cleanup was complete to the point that you would never know they were here--other than the beautiful new paint job. All of this was done at a cost much lower than two other estimates I received. I cannot recommend Mid Cape Painter more highly.

I would highly recommend this company, they did a large, interior paint job for me. Fernando and his workers quality of work is of absolute perfection, my interior never looked so fabulous, I will be having them back to do all my bedrooms next.

Two sides of my house in Chatham are exposed to the sun all day long and the sold stain has shown a lot of cracking after only 4 years. Fernando sanded the two sides of the house down to bare wood and put a primer and finish solid stain on. It is a lot of work and what he charges is reasonable. He is on the job himself everyday and the result came out very nicely. He takes pride in his work and I am glad I found him on line, after checking his references.

There were two painters and they did a fabulous job. It involved first a power wash, then 3 days sanding followed by 2 days painting. They did a thorough paint job. Fernando was easy to talk to and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

Wonderful! When I first contacted Fernando and he estimated the job he said it would be a couple of months before he could fit us in, but that's what we expected so no problem. Within a few weeks he called to say he could begin the job the next day with washing the house! And he did, but then weather held him up, but as soon as we had a dry spell, he was here to begin. The scraping and sanding he did to prep the house was amazing ... most of the shingles down to the bear wood. He cleaned up the dust and paint chips each day and left the yard in great condition. The painting (spraying) came out terrific, smooth, no drips and no over sprays. He is the second painter I've had in the 20 years I've lived here and his work far exceeded the first painter! I will have him back in the future for interior work. Thank you Fernando for a job well done

Fernando is excellent. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. The finished product was superb! Would definitely recommend.

Fernando provided an estimate for the job the day after I called to ask him for it. He and his associate arrived the following Monday and got right to work. There was a rainy day during the project and I received a text first thing in the morning to say that they would not be working. The next day they arrived as usual and finished the job over the next two days. The entire experience was very professional and the work is exceptional. I will be calling Fernando back to paint the interior of my house.

Work was performed quickly and easily. It all went very smoothly and clean up was very good.

It was a massive job and did take some time to complete, but the result of their excellent attention to detail, great painting skills and desire to please me as a customer, was a great transformation of our house. The crew was careful of our furniture and cleaned up every evening and meticulously at the end of the job. I commend Fernando and his crew.

Excellent - on time every day. Very neat and pleasant workers. Only disappointment was that it took so long to begin - three months. More expensive than expected. Very satisfied with results.

Received an Angie's List pre-paid service as a gift. Met with Fernando to estimate the project. Set a date for the job, but no show and no call. When I contacted him I was told his truck broke down and he would call to reschedule. That call never came. The experience made Angie's List look bad.

Shed looks like new again. I was very happy with their work. I've hired them again to come back in the Spring to do my deck. They were punctual and professional and did a very nice job. I highly recommend them.

Mid Cape Painter was very responsive to our needs and very professional in their approach.  I personally did considerable electrical component replacement (switches/outlets etc.) and some carpentry work (trimming doors) during their work and that went smoothly working together.   All together the project took a little more than two weeks with a crew of three (3).  The original estimate was two weeks, but a couple of severe snow days got in the way.  Some of the wallpaper was difficult to remove but they persevered, and we were very pleased with the quality of their prep (a must-have for me) and the neatness of their finish painting.  The price of the project was very reasonable.  We plan to use them again for our next project.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Mid Cape Painter did on the exterior of the house. We get compliments all the time from neighbors and people visiting us. Fernando and his crew are true professionals. They are courteous and dedicated to doing a good job. We plan to paint the interior of our house and we will ask Mid Cape Painter to do the work.

Was very professional, prompt and courteous.  Communicated very well as to the scheduling of the project and very helpful with choosing paint colors. He and his helper were very neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
