I described the level of service that I wanted performed on my closed washing machine and was quoted a price for that service then I scheduled the service and before the technician arrived, to verify the service he was going to perform, and he explained a service that was far below what I requested. I do not trust the quotes I get from this vendor. The service I requested was a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of my machine, but the technician described included only pouring bleach in the machine and running a wash cycle that would not clean and sanitize the machine.

For clarity, the service we scheduled was not simply pouring bleach into the machine and running a cycle. Our washer cleaning service includes inspecting the appliance, cleaning accessible areas such as the detergent dispenser and door gasket (when applicable), treating buildup and odor-causing residue, and running manufacturer-approved cleaning cycles designed to clean and sanitize internal components that cannot be safely accessed without disassembling the machine. Before the appointment, our technician explained the exact scope of the service because we believe customers should know precisely what work will be performed before we arrive. During that conversation, it became clear that your expectations involved a restoration-level cleaning that would require a more extensive disassembly and sanitization process than the service we offer. Rather than perform work that would not meet your expectations or charge you for a service that would not accomplish your desired result, we were transparent about the limitations of what we provide. As discussed afterward, the type of deep restoration cleaning you were seeking is not a service currently offered by our company. We understand your frustration and apologize for any confusion that occurred during the scheduling process. We take customer concerns seriously and strive to be honest and straightforward in every interaction. It is always a pleasure to meet honest people who take pride in their workmanship. Chad was quick, efficient, tidy, polite, cordial, and very friendly. He built a relationship with this customer that will extend to other jobs as need them done in the future. I don’t hesitate in recommending him or his company because I definitely received quality work. I especially liked that he left no mess for me to clean up afterwards. He cares about building a good customer relationship and leaving behind exceptionally good, quality work. His price for servicing my lawnmower was fair and he came to my house to do it. Whatever other technicians are offering, I doubt if it will come close to what Chad and his company can and WILL deliver.

Chad with Middle Tennessee Home Repair responded out the same afternoon. He was professional and had no problem installing two Wi-Fi thermostats. He even stayed to make sure I could connect my phone to the thermostats. Chad cleaned the jobsite and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend and will definitely use him again!
