This is my 2nd time using Bob's services and still a happy customer! His work and attention to detail are both great!

Bobs work, attention to detail and pricing were outstanding. I've been looking/needing a Handyman since purchasing my home 3 years ago and may have found the guy in Bob! He kept me informed of when the service would be done and an issue that arouse during the work. We talked about best solution and moved forward from there. My neighbor has been waiting for me to give him the referral of Bob's work as he too is needing a skilled Handyman......Bob has earned my referral!

The result of the work was the house looked just as it did 100 years ago when new!

My old gutters were leaking really bad, to the point where they were causing leaks into the house. He redid 60 feet of gutter for me, and put on brand new ones. Bob did a great job. He even came out on the weekend to finish everything up, and even made them so that they're almost seamless. He overlapped the gutters and put silicone in. They don't drip at all and they work wonderfully! I would recommend Bob to anyone.

Bob provides professional, conscientious work and is very attentive to details such as matching paint color. He may be more of a perfectionist than me which is saying a lot! His prices are refreshingly reasonable. It is a relief to know that we can call Bob for future projects when needed. This is the second time we have hired him.

He is careful, meticulous and reasonable in his pricing. We were very pleased with his work and will hire him again.

He was very prompt in returning my call and providing a high-level estimate. He arrived at my house on-time and quickly installed the access panel.

Bob was punctual, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home.  He spend one entire day and half of the next day repairing damaged drywall on walls and ceiling in our bedroom. The work was done perfectly. He was tidy, cordial, and made sure to clean everything after the work was completed.  He also repaired several sections of fencing in our backyard that had been damaged from a fallen tree limb. He secured the proper materials and made sure the work was to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bob's services again in the future. In fact, I intend to. <br> <br>

Bob did an excellent job fixing my damaged vinyl sidings at reasonable price. He was responsive to my request and flexible with the scheduling. He searched and visited 4 stores to find the vinyls to ensure the matching shade. I am very happy for his work. <br />

Everything went great!  Repairs were great and done very quickly.  The counters look great as well, installed perfectly. <br /> The counters were more difficult to install than estimated, so the job took 4 days rather than 2 days.  I was ok with the length of time, but worried that the extra time would be reflected in the bill.  <br /> However, he gave us a heavily discounted rate on the extra time and the total was very acceptable.  We would use Middleton again (and will be calling him soon!). <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>I appreciated Bob's responsiveness.  He was especially open to discussing details before the job, during the job, and after the job.  </p> <p>As anyone with an old house knows, sometimes you don't discover things until you get into the job.  Once you've started to explore, you find surprises that may impact the approach and the cost.  </p> <p>Bob was great about bringing these to my attention and discussing options.  He could have very easily cut corners and 'covered up' situations that, as a homeowner, I benefit from knowing.  </p> <p>He was prompt.  He was focused.  He was pleasant.  </p> <p>He did a fine job cleaning up.  </p> <p>I'm quite pleased with the experience and will gladly work with him in the future.  </p> <br />

Bob did work on our house as we were preparing to move across the country. He repaired a few walls, painted the walls in the house and repaired some walls and painted in the garage. He was under some pretty terrible weather conditions and did a lot of extra work to get the garage done before our move in December. <br />

He was very thorough. He made sure every detail was done well. The clean up work was excellent. I would recommend him and use him again. <br />

Bob ALWAYS does excellent work.  He is thoughtful and solves difficult problems associated with an older home. For this job, the shower enclosure was "difficult" due to the acute roof angle.  He took his time working with me to find the best solution for a  problem we had been wrestling with for many years. <br /> In the past he has replaced other windows, replaced a basement ceiling, installed light fixtures, repaired a front porch decking, etc. It is my feeling that Bob has saved us lots of money by repairing things we may have had to replace, had we not had someone who was able to look at an issue and see something that we did not see. Bob is always a pleasure to work with.  Highly recommended. <br />

<p>Drywalled a large hole in ceiling and adjacent wall due to water damage.  Work was done exactly as specified, onn time, and we are very satisfied with the results.  The cost of the job was very reasonable.  We have other projects planned and will use Middleton Contstruction.  </p> <br />

This turned out to be a big, time consuming job. Bob did a good job and I'm pleased with the results.

Robert Middleton was prompt in providing us with an estimate and within a week he installed a double vanity medicine cabinet which was two 30 inch wide cabinet for a total of 60 inches.  It was perfectly installed, and he cleaned up afterwards with the area being spotless.  He was very thorough in asking us questions for what were wanting and then provided his expertise for the installation and recommendations.  We would definitely utilize his services in the future due to his complete professionalism and craftsmanship.    <br />

I have used Middelton Construction before for painting walls, repairing a shower that leaked and repairing woodwork the cat scratched.  He has always done an excellent job and he is completely honest.  I have left him alone all day in my house when I was working and he was painting.  He is completely trustworthy. <br /> My house has been sold and the inspector found a variety of odd jobs that needed fixing for the new owner.  I didn't want several different people each fixing one item.  Every service call generally starts with a service fee for coming out to the house.  I wanted one person to do everything! <br /> Bob fixed the shower faucet, re-attached the soffit at the front of the house, replaced a torn piece of linoleum by the garage door and fixed a drip under the bathroom sink.  He got everything done in just one day and cleaned up before he left.  I felt his charges were fair and reasonable. <br />
