We have lived in our home for nearly 30 years. When we moved in, the garage was already ten years old. Soon afterward, the garage started showing its age; it became necessary to occasionally replace rotten wood, especially on its edges and corners. Over the years it became too much to chase; weather and ants had finally won the battle. It was time to call in the professionals. Middleton exceeded all my expectations! The garage has never looked better! In just a few days they were able to completely strip everything and replace it all with superior quality materials. The carpentry required was artistry in motion. When all the carpentry was completed, they caulked all joints, pressure washed all surfaces, primed, and painted to match the original color. When the job was complete, the project manager came to do a walkaround with me to make sure all was per contract and met my satisfaction; he even offered to mount my new flood light. I was very pleased with the level of communication throughout, and the outcome couldn't be better. Great job all around. Had my kitchen repainted and they stayed ahead of their projected schedule. Even took a last minute backsplash addition and turned out fantastic. They had no problem coming back out the next day after completion to do a couple of touch ups. They will be my recommendation to others looking for similar jobs.

Middleton did a great job repairing and painting the exterior of my house. They also repaired a few windows. The work was done about a week after the quote. The house looks great and they were wonderful to work with.

Excellent workmanship. It was done exactly on time and as reviewed. Dennis was very professional and offered great recommendations. He came through with superior results and with a good and fair price.

He painted my oak kitchen cabinets, kitchen walls and trim. He provided pictures of previous work on similar projects. Started on a wednesday and finished on friday. Cleaned up daily. At my requested he suggested a carpenter who replaced the top board on my fireplace mantle in the LR and did some other carpentry repairs. Very pleased with all work.
