They were PHENOMENAL. I had a technician at my house within 1-2 hours of requesting service. The skilled technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my door (a cable was broken). He repaired it quickly and charged me a very fair price.

I called Dan at 8:30am and his installer was here at 4 when scheduled. Jose was the installer he was knowledgeable about what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Dan and his team are great to work with.

We had a very squeaky garage door that they were able to tune up to get running smoothly again. While they were running fairly late that day, they did keep us informed and were very quick when they arrived and went above our expectations.

Splendidly! They spoke to me on the phone and gave me a rough estimate. We set up a time for them to come see the current needs - we solidified a price and set an install date. Everything works nicely!

Dan was able to come to our home the same day the garage door broke, which was a lifesaver because one of our cars was trapped inside. He was quick and thorough and explained everything fully. It turned out to be a rusted cable and easily repaired.

Both Dan and Jack were exceptional from initial bid to completion. I was not sure what direction I was going to go and Dan worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. The doors have only been installed for a couple days and I have received several complements on the carriage pattern that was chose.

Dan & Jack were great.  They were prompt, explained everything they did, and confirmed I had no additional questions.  Great Service.  They aligned the garage door, adjusted the chain on the garage door opener, aligned the electronic eye, and lubricated the chain and rollers.

Dan performed a garage door tune-up where he completed safety inspections, lubricated/greased all moving parts, tightened the chain, and re-aligned the tracks.  He was also happy to answer my questions about ongoing maintenance.  While he was here, I asked if would mind replacing the weather seal for the garage door.  I had previously bought the replacement part but I couldn't get the old seal off the door.  He was happy to oblige - for free!  I also asked him to check out the light on the Lift Master as it hadn't worked in 2 - 3 years but not due to a bad lightbulb.  He figured out that the tabs were no longer making contact and was able to fix it quickly.  All the services were done in under an hour.  The net results thanks to Dan are that the garage door is so much quieter, properly weather sealed, and with a working light!  I will definitely do business with him again.
