Welcome to Midwestern Pest Control. We are one of St. Louis's oldest and most respected pest control and termite protection companies. Since 1962, Midwestern has provided pest control in the Saint Louis area and termite services to St. Charles County, Franklin County and Jefferson County. We provide residential, commercial, and industrial pest control to homes and businesses in Missouri. Midwestern Pest technicians tried hard but seemed to have no sense of the relevant equipment, techniques, or regulations about how to trap wildlife, such as raccoons. They set a trap inside our attic and then left a trapped raccoon there to die for two days at 120 heat. Midwestern's strength is in control of other pests. Specialists in animal removal, I later learned, only trap outside the house and come daily to take captured animals. Midwestern came every other or every third day. After three weeks with only one raccoon dead and many delays in checking the one trap we cancelled the service and hired a wildlife removal specialist. Photo shows live raccoon captured outside the house the second day after the specialist set the new, larger traps.

Mike came on the 25th. He sprayed in the house and spread granules around the outside of the house. Due to rain, he was not able to spray around the exterior on that day, but he returned when the weather had cleared and sprayed outside. Mike has come to my house for a number of years whenever I need pest control services, which is usually once every year or so. He is always friendly and does his work quickly and thoroughly. <br />

I have been using Midwestern for the last several years. I became disatisfied with my previous vendor and switched to them because my next door neighbors were using them and were satisfied. Since making the switch I have been more than satisfied. One to two treatments per year and my home remains pest free. <br /> On one occasion, a few years ago, two weeks after a treatment I still had a few pests showing up in my kitchen. I called them and they came out the next day and repeated the entire treatment even though I told them I was only having issues in one room. A+ service. <br /> Price is also better than previous vendor. <br /> <br />

I use them every year. They show up when they say the will and they call me periodically to remind me. They do have a warranty that they will come back within three months if you're unhappy.

They are very prompt, and if they say they are going to be here between 8 o' clock and 11 o' clock, it is usually close to the 8 o' clock time. They had just called to find out if my son wanted to get in on their yearly program or if he wanted to have his house sprayed in April. They also have a four-week guarantee and they will come back and spray for free if I see anything. I had them do that one time and they just came out and sprayed for me with no questions asked. I have not compared their price with anything but I feel like I am getting my money for it.

They are very timely and give me very good service. They do the inside and outside spraying. We used to have them come out quarterly but they do follow up within 90 days at no charge if you need it. I pay about $84 quarterly. The quality of their work is great. The service personnel is usually the same but occasionally it is a different one but they are always prompt, polite and courteous. They are very helpful at suggesting things. We have used them now for about 8 years. I am going to use them within a month.

They come out every three or four months and spray the house. They come out when they say they will. They are neat and clean about what they do. They do a good job. I don't see any bugs afterwards. My experience with them has been fine. I will be calling them back.

She is old and I interact with them all the time. My mom has been with them for a long time. They also did my mother-in-law’s house for a one-time shot and it was $111. The gentleman that comes out to spray my mom’s house is very helpful. He is informative and takes his time. He is very nice. My sister, who is blind, dropped a $20 bill on the floor. He picked it up and told her that she had dropped it. He could have pocketed it since she is blind but he didn't. He is very honest. Their price is great and she doesn’t have any bugs.

We have not had a spider in the house, garage or garden in 15 years. They also spray on the outside of the house. We haven't had any ants either. When they first started coming out they did find some termite activity and they come back and check every year to make sure there is no activity. We have been very pleased and we haven't even had to think about it. They call us if we forget for the twice a year. Their price is excellent. We had contacted another company for the termite treatment and their price was astronomical. We will use them as long as we live here.

Matt called ahead of time to see if he could come earlier. He explained everything to me ahead of time and, more importantly, to my neighbor (I have lived through this issue before - she hadn't). He allayed any fears she had about safety and health. And to top it off, he spent time with the three children, so they felt comfortable with his presence. Hats off to Matt and his company! .
