I had Midwest Homes Services install a walk-in tub for when my elderly parents come stay with me. They love it and I have the peace of mind knowing they are safe while bathing. From start to finish, customer service, planning & installation. Everything went smoothly. Best decision ever!

We needed a new shower for two reasons. Our old acrylic one was getting some cracks and it also was discoloring quite a bit. And also, my knees struggle getting up and over the tub to get in the shower. So we had Cole come visit with us and explain what Midwest Homes had to offer. We decided to have them install a walk-in shower for us. Of course we were very excited to get it done, but weren't sure in this day and age if they would get it done as quickly as Cole said they would. He told us it might take up to 5 weeks to get them out here..... they actually got here in 3 weeks much to our surprise! And then when Jay the install technician came to put it in, it couldn't have went better! He was so professional and explained exactly what he was going to do before he even started. Then when he was finished, he again took us in and showed exactly what was done and how we should care for our new shower. We are so ecstatic with our decision to go with Midwest Homes! The shower is not only so much more convenient to get in and out of, but it looks beautiful... can't thank Jay enough for the awesome job he did!
