The only part of my project that Nick actually did, was inferior and unacceptable. His partner bid the job, and Nick cut corners and did NOT rebuild the crawl space entrance, just covered with skirting. The skirting around the deck was not framed properly, so now when it?s windy, it bellows loudly. The roof was done by Top Tier Roofing, and was the only part I was pleased with. I requested a solution to one area where the rain was pouring off. Their fix was to slap a wrinkled piece of sheet metal screwed onto the roof that looks hideous. He?s not interested in fixing it right. Not interested in doing right by his customer. This is an inadequate contractor, calling himself a handyman. I wouldn?t ask him to change a lightbulb. You?ve been warned.
