"Ma'am, Concerning the B in punctuality, in all due respect and fairness, I was early to both appointments at your home. Even with a half hour drive and a trip to the hardware store, I still arrived a few minutes before both of our scheduled appointments at 9 a.m. If you're referring to the time you contacted Angie's List stating that you had 'trouble' getting in contact with me, I never received any correspondence from you by way of email or phone. I contacted you the same day you purchased the 'Big Deal' through the Angie's List interface, leaving both my phone number and an email address. When I was confronted about being unresponsive, I explained to the Angie's List rep that I had checked all my messages and email inboxes, junk included. In spite of the fact that I was not at fault, I immediately and apologetically contacted you via email. I can forward along my email conversations with the rep to you for your verification. I then emailed you again and called once trying to get in touch - nothing. I can forward those along as well. Then, a month later I was left a message through the interface where you stated that you had "no idea" that I was attempting to contact you to schedule an appointment, although I can't understand how. When I pull up our correspondence on my app, your email on 2/26 shows immediately above my 12/19 initial reply where I thanked you for your purchase and provided my contact info. Once we were able to establish a time everything went smoothly from there on out. Tyler"

He did a great job from first contact. He was quick to respond and came out for an estimate within days. He thought we wouldn't get back to me for a few days but I had a quote that night. Within a week I had my new porch and a way to hide my UGLY trash cans. He also fixed my wood fence that some family members did and I must say I was thrilled to have a functioning gate! IT HAS NEVER WORKED FROM DAY ONE LOL! I would highly recommend Tyler! He did an amazing job and we are loving the rewards of his hard efforts to get us fixed! <br />

<p>This is the second job I have had Mighty Contractor do in our house. Again, the job was done extremely well. There was great attention to detail to the point of perfection. They cleaned up every night so there was never a mess; they were hardworking and very courteous. We were so pleased that we are going to have them come back and do some more interior and exterior work for us. Mighty Contractor is now on our speed dial!! Tyler and his crew are awesome.</p> <br />

I hired Mighty Contractor company to repair a rotten soffit on my home, which several other contractors had turned down because it required rebuilding the wooden guttering around my front porch, also. Not only did Mighty Contractor do excellent work on the job, but his price was comparable to what other contractors had estimated to simply repair the soffit without fixing the underlying problem with the guttering. <br /> He was also able to repair the stairs to my deck, which were in danger of collapsing this winter. He did an excellent job and now I have very sturdy steps to my deck, which should last me for years. He also reinforced the boards where the stairs join the edge of my deck, which was not in his original estimate but did not seem to alter the price. <br /> I give Mighty Contractor my highest recommendation and I will be contacting him again in the spring to carry out further repairs to my property.

Mighty Contractor Company was prompt in responding to any communication and provided outstanding customer service. His prices were very competitive compared to other bids I received and he was ready to begin the job as soon as the bid was accepted. He was honest and forthright in his estimates and his workmanship is excellent and highly professional. I already have requested he bid on some other jobs I have around the house and will not hesitate to call him for future jobs. <br />
