"Ma'am, Concerning the B in punctuality, in all due respect and fairness, I was early to both appointments at your home. Even with a half hour drive and a trip to the hardware store, I still arrived a few minutes before both of our scheduled appointments at 9 a.m. If you're referring to the time you contacted Angie's List stating that you had 'trouble' getting in contact with me, I never received any correspondence from you by way of email or phone. I contacted you the same day you purchased the 'Big Deal' through the Angie's List interface, leaving both my phone number and an email address. When I was confronted about being unresponsive, I explained to the Angie's List rep that I had checked all my messages and email inboxes, junk included. In spite of the fact that I was not at fault, I immediately and apologetically contacted you via email. I can forward along my email conversations with the rep to you for your verification. I then emailed you again and called once trying to get in touch - nothing. I can forward those along as well. Then, a month later I was left a message through the interface where you stated that you had "no idea" that I was attempting to contact you to schedule an appointment, although I can't understand how. When I pull up our correspondence on my app, your email on 2/26 shows immediately above my 12/19 initial reply where I thanked you for your purchase and provided my contact info. Once we were able to establish a time everything went smoothly from there on out. Tyler"
