However, the situation you described afterward involved a private arrangement that was made outside of our company and was completely unrelated to the moving services we provided. As a licensed and insured moving company, we do not offer plumbing services, home remodeling, or contractor work, nor do we authorize our employees to solicit or perform outside side jobs while representing our company. We addressed this matter internally with the employee involved and made it clear that this type of conduct is not permitted. While we understand your frustration regarding the private agreement you entered into, Mighty Moving & Storage was not a party to that arrangement, did not schedule or supervise the work, did not receive any payment for it, and cannot assume responsibility for an independent transaction outside the scope of our moving services.
