MIGUEL GANCEDO INTERIOR & EXTERIOR PAINTING

He was excellent and professional.  It was a beautiful job.  I was very happy and will use him again.

Miguel, came over and looked and asked questions and actually decided to do it differently than what I wanted.  Smart man. <br /> First he scrapped all the stuff left over from the original fake wood surround.  Then cleaned the area and tested the paint I got.  We were both pretty sure it was semi gloss under all that sun worn exterior and I thought it would not match the colour.  He found that it did and painted the area feathering it into the original paint job.  It looks so good.  Now I will have much more time to decide if I need a real wood surround to make my rather plain Home more "with it" <br />      I am planning on using him to paint the interior as soon as I pay my yearly taxes to the feds. <br />

Miguel has painted for us for over a year...almost our entire house.  He is very good and gets the job done in a timely manner every time.  He also has excellent color suggestions.  I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Miquel's color suggestions helped to eliminate the battle of the sexes between my wife and me.  We originally scheduled the work to begin on 7:30 am, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 through Thursday, December 22, 2011.  Miquel became available to start the job 7:30 am, Monday, December 19th.  <br /> <br /> Miquel and his awesome team completed the work in two days as opposed to three.  They conducted themselves skillfully and professionally.  Each day they cleaned up their work areas.  Upon completion, our home was left neat and orderly.  There were no paint droppings on our tile or carpet. <br /> <br /> We are extremely pleased with the accomodations they made for us.  For example, they painted the master bedroom first.  This allowed us to restore some semblance of order to our lives.  The next day they painted the family room first, this restored our number one rest and relaxation outlet. <br /> <br /> We will highly recommend Miquel to everybody.

I would recommend Miguel's painting services for the following reasons:  Honesty, integrity & professionalism.  He was prompted with the scheduled meeting and performed to specific painting details I wanted.  Miguel takes his work seriously and finish matters to him.  The job was completed on the dates we agreed on.  Additionally he worked on stained areas of the home that were not anticipated by me.  I will definitely call him for any painting services I will need in the future.

Miguel and his crew are a class act.   He showed up promptly to give an estimate, had suggestions for colors and where to use them to accentuate the architectural features of the house, began the work on the day promised and finished a day early.  We were very impressed with the professionalism of Miguel and his workers.  They painted the entire interior of our home.. ceilings, walls, doors and trim... and we added on the interior of our garages, an exterior garage door panel, and the gates leading into our backyard.  They showed up on time and did excellent work.  The place was totally cleaned up when they were done.  I would not hesitate to recommend Miguel and we will certainly use him for any future jobs we might have.

<p>He is a consummate professional,and to me a wonderful human being.They worked from the moment they arrived with maybe a 20 min. lunch.and did not stop until 4:00.My house is three bed, two bath.high ceilings and they were done in two days.And I can't say enough about the final results.It is more than I expected. He also told me about all the vents in all the rooms as he thought it would look bad to put them back as my Mother was a smoker.So on top fo everything else he primed and painted those at no cost to me.</p> You will not be sorry .This man is a gem.Thank you Miguel and Girls

Overall excellent job and a very nice guy. They did leave some paint smeared on a few windows and had to come back to clean them for me as they were too  high to reach without a ladder. Miguel came back the next day and took care of it. I would definitely reccomend them.

i had the family room kitchen stairway loft and 2 bedrooms painted...3 different colors were used and the transitions were very subtle....pleasing to the eye...with some Surprises so not to be boring

They were professional, punctual, and excellent.  Our house looks so beautiful!!!  They worked fast and did the rooms we requested first so that we could have places to be while they worked.  We are VERY pleased and will certainly use them again when we need the exterior painted.  We even offered to have prospective customers come and see their work here if it will help them sell another client!

Communication was a bit lacking in that the painters did not speak much English. While I was on premise they kept saying they needed more paint. I believe because of the communication barrier the amount of paint needed for the job was never estimated beforehand correctly.

I could not have asked for a better experience.  Miguel was clear about what he would do.  He and his employees were unfailingly polite, clean and competent.  They do their work with speed and talent on clear display. They were very sensitive about doing a job that my wife and I would be pleased by.

They were prompt and seemed to do a good job.  The price seemed fair.  The helpers were very good. 

I was out of town when Miguel had a day where he could do the work.  I keep a lockbox outside the house for just such occasions, and gave Miguel the code.  When I got back, there was no trace of the former artwork and any touching-up blended in well with the original paint.  Miguel left me with an invoice and an envelope in which to send him a check.

I was very pleased. Miguel promptly returned my initial call and we set a date for him to come by the home and provide an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me an estimate I thought was very reasonable.  He scheduled the time for painting.  He called a few nights before to confirm the time and to let me know who would be at my home to paint.  The team arrived on time and were very professional, with good suggestions.  They worked very efficiently and were neat.  They matched the color perfectly and completely covered the copper -- no bleed through. I was amazed that everything was completed so quickly and I am very happy with the results.  I will contact Miguel again with any painting needs, as he and his team were punctual, communicated effectively, and completed the job professionally -- all at a reasonable price. I am a senior citizen and this is the first time I have ever hired someone to paint the inside of my home.   My father and brother were painting contractors in California.    Because of my experiences in growing up in a painter's family, I always did my own painting as I have been and still am extremely fussy.   Now it is too difficult for me and had to take a chance on hiring someone.   Miguel and his crew greatly exceeded my expectations.   They were very tolerant of me following them around always inspecting, etc.   Instead of doing the bare minimum they did all the correct little things that I have always done and expected.   They entire crew (Miguel and 3 painters) always had a smile on their face and were extremely willing to graciously please me.  They were extremely professional, quick and respectful of my personal property.    I would high recommend them and use them again!!
