Very nasty and rude, He wants to do wants he wants to do. His not open for suggestion. He wants us to pay him in cash. He over charge us. He refuse to correct the job if I don't pay in cash. He said I need to pay extra $150.00 by paying debit card. He charge us $2350.00 instead of $2200.00. I don't want to create a scene in my area so i pay him extra $150.00. I want to get a refund. He is disrespectful and loud.

It went great. I asked for a quote on Sunday afternoon, 4/19/20, at about 1:30 or 2:00 p.m., and they finished the job by 5:00, including going to Lowe's and getting a new whole house water filter. (Which I've been meaning to add for the longest time.)

I knew we had found our plumber after talking to Mike on the phone....so personable and easy to talk to and a man who knows PLUMBING!!! I doubt you would have a problem he could not solve!! He made himself available right away on Jan. 1st and 2nd (no holiday fees) and solved our issues so I have time to sit and review him today. He works around the Atlanta area and does new installations as well as repairs that are located quite a distance from his home. His skilled helper, Kevin, and Mike worked very hard to quickly resolve our problems and we will not hesitate to call Mike the Plumber in the future!
